Excellent teaching with which I wholeheartedly agree. Some will not have lived long enough in the Lord to be able to accept this message, but it holds up to Biblical truth. Thank you for preaching and teaching this message.

    Genesis 49:5-7 ESV
[5] “Simeon and Levi are brothers; weapons of violence are their swords. [6] Let my soul come not into their council; O my glory, be not joined to their company. For in their anger they killed men, and in their willfulness they hamstrung oxen. [7] Cursed be their anger, for it is fierce, and their wrath, for it is cruel! I will divide them in Jacob and scatter them in Israel.

That would qualify as a condemnation

I am a returning believer … not a bible scholar, however can: first Corinthians 2:14 support the message about marriage with unbelievers? (This happen to be Verse of the Day #NIV).

Maybe u need to clarify but there is absolutely nothing godly abt humans putting other humans to death, regardless of reasoning. Vengeance is God’s, not ours. I was already feeling uneasy and that was really the icing on the cake for me 🤷🏽‍♀️

Affirming the penalty of death for heinous crimes, especially murder, is 100% biblical and holds up the unique value of humanity and the glory of our Creator.
      Genesis 9:5-6
[5] And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.
[6] “Whoever sheds the blood of man,
by man shall his blood be shed,
for God made man in his own image.
