    HRM.....T&Dis a Vast field rt.from Grass root to Top position.Trainging for Grass root employee nd Development for Executive to Top Position.Regular Training is required.There r many Techniques of methodology.A understanding Trainer is a must.Nicely explained.

      As an HR fresher, you may not have extensive technical or professional experience to provide training at a high level but there are a few things you can do to provide value to your company:
      1) Train yourself first -
      Learn, research & stay upto date with different job roles, requirements, latest trends, tools, techniques, best practices followed by other companies and come up with suggestions for your organization.
      2) Explore online resources
      There are plenty of online resources available that can be used to create training programs.
      Moreover, you will get training before you start to train.
      Keep asking.
