Dyma gyfle i glywed gan reolwr sydd wedi ennill y gynghrair ar ddau achlysur yn y 90au cynnar yng Nghymru cyn symud ymlaen i reoli yn Uwch Gynghrair Lloegr gyda Southampton a Reading.

We celebrate 30 years of the Welsh Premier League with an interview with two-time title winning manager, Nigel Adkins.
Adkins talks about his time as player-manger of Bangor City between 1993-1996, his formative experiences in management and lessons learnt before his successful spells as manager of Scunthorpe United and Southampton.
Adkins joins former Bangor City team-mate and Cymru Premier all time top-scorer, Marc Lloyd Williams for a walk down memory lane.

What a great feature. I love the old footage of '90s Bangor. You can see from the clips that they were a PROPER football team, the kind the Cymru Premier is lacking today.
