Every month I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?.
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or whenever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That'd be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

We need more videos like this, with a base of 10k i was able to get into REITs, Peer to Peer lending, Bonds and Etfs. The right information and application matters when you are subject to the right information.
If you have expertise in a particular area, you can create digital products such as e-books, online courses, or software. Once created, these products can generate income without ongoing effort. I do this simply though acquaintance with my FA.

impressive, i made my first million saving and investing as a rookie but i couldn't do it alone you see there are people that spend their lives studying these things that's why they are professionals, i started as a chiropractor and my husband was a teacher but with the help of Emily Lois Parker we both stay at home taking care of our kids and just watching them grow (when my husband isn't out golfing with his buddies of course)

this is a strange one, some say you cant and recently TH-cam is putting new regulations in place, however sites like eleven labs are making it extremely hard to tell what is real or not, if you can get a good voice actor for cheap, (not as cheap as some say as ive yet to see a good one for $5 lol) but a decent one non the less you will benefit better as real expressions and understanding the script better is overall the better route to go down
