It’s difficult to find a doctor who even understands how to diagnose or treat upper cervical instability. I’ve been walking around for almost 8 years with instability (rotational instability, torn alar and torn transverse) no doctor will help due to lack of knowledge!

@@connoredwards7199 steroids prescribed can help gain strength, but sometimes there’s a lot of recovery just from stretching. Solomon’s seal is supposedly good for healing ligaments. I’m going to try after someone recently recommended.

Most prolo injection the “Nuchel Ligament” with xray guilded with some imaging, its not very risky as the ligament is not very deep inside the neck, it can provide great outcomes as this ligament does stabilise the neck and the facet joints and its not £10,000 per treatment

@@Raj-ul9my Raj, you are somewhat correct. It’s not all that risky in the right hands. And it is not 10k per treatment, more like 1k. In terms of WHERE to inject, that is left to the diagnostician and the specific case as it varies. Generally there are dozens of injections over multiple treatments spread 30 days apart. X-ray is not used during injections, musculoskeletal ultrasound is used. Additionally, PRP is a huge bonus but stem cell is not. Good luck everyone.
