Grand Appreciation Platter: Lobster, Oysters and Monkfish Liver.
Holiday Joy platter: Boiled pork belly stew with eggs, meat buns, egg rolls, crab fried rice and steamed dumplings.
Full bloom platter: Filet Minion, fluffy butter biscuits and melting hard boiled eggs.
Sizzling Spice Platter: Giant spicy hamburger steak, fluffy soft shell tacos, spicy steak medallion stir fry and three spicy kebab skewers.
Fun Fright Platter: Green Jello a la mode with marshmallows, an eclair, donut and cookie plate, chocolate topped s’mores pudding, and two chocolate covered candied apples.

That Smores pudding looks more like a Tiramisu, the version with ladyfingers around it.
I think it could be shark fin instead of monkfish liver
@@sswa4651 It could, but the thing that I see is that shark fin tends to be more flaky when put in with liquids, and the food item is still able to stay together on its dish. So I'm sticking with the idea that this could be monkfish liver.

The Grand Appreciation Fest is on another level, new animations and all. Particularly that lobster. It has no right looking that good and the hunter is so busy stuffing their face that they can barely swallow.

My favorite are the holiday joy and the fun fright costumes. They look adorable and goofy.

I’m not a fan of how the Full Bloom outfit has completely static faces and no visible feet.
The Full Bloom Platter doesn't have nearly enough calories for an active monster hunter.

I was not in iceborne at the winter festival but made it for spurr-ing and summer. Seeing the spring for the first time had me yelling "Holy shit!"
I thought it was just some cute announcement but the decors are on another level. I can't wait to see the rest myself in person.

Just in case you missed any of these festivals, you can still experience them in the future. It's just a repeating event as far as I remember.

The first one is the "Chef's Choice Platter". You can get this scene anytime as long as there is no special event happening at Seliana. :)
