Ditto bro, although we are called postmen in good old Scotland. Many a mile walking listening to these old tapes. Eric the midget though, that guys a legend, nothing makes a 10 mile walk go faster than listening to that wee angry midget 😂😂😂
Wow, the firing John bit was done on Tuesday, March 28, 1995. Later that night, Michael Jordan scored 55 in his return to Madison Square Garden after his 18 month retirement. Crazy
I always felt that Bret handled the "screw job" like a huge baby. Who cares if he was in his home country. He wasn't supposed to win. The guy was selfish in terms of not wanting to lose the match
It makes more sense when you understand the pay structure, and keeping you character high value. You make more money by being the champ, that one is easy to grasp. It’s the other stuff, like keeping your character as unbeatable as possible or at the very least unbeatable in a certain stipulation like location (Canada), or submission matches etc.. makes the crowd believe your character is more likely to beat the future champ and become higher paid again. Hulk Hogan for example, always kicks out on the third count of the matches he loses by pin fall, just to show his character is even tough in a loss. Plus he had creative control
The first time I heard all these things live, I never dreamed anything was a work. Now I hear Gary "firing" John and extending the conversation: "So how are ya doing financially, you're good right?" - Yes that's the last question in every layoff. 🤣
Yes!!! Thank you. I’m a mailman so I love listening to old HS while delivering.

If you haven't already, check out my entire Howard Stern playlist. I upload new cassettes from my own archives weekly. 😊
Fellow "mail carrier" here. God I love being PC. Lmao 🙄
No wonder my mail is always missing
@@DB-ek5kdgive the guy a break and loosen up bro
Gary thinking he would get a standing ovation from Howard and the crew after saying “Gary puppet” 😂
😂😂😂

That preacher bit went on way too long.
I love how timeless these 30-year-old show segments are. Stupid people doing stupid things will never go out of style 😂.
39:20 that Jackie laugh is almost evil lol
Cool channel bro, thank you
Made my day good sir!!
Fred could have had a “King’s paradise”
Were there any workplace harassment laws back then? If so, Dominic should have done it pro bono.😂😂😂😂
01:57:47 😂
Unplanned male arousals don’t stop at 50…or 60😂😂. Eternal puberty😮.
Who was the woman in the studio during the Chris Reeve news? Edie McKlurg? She used to hang occasionally.
Yes it was!
@@RAK_Media Thanks, this channel is one of my fav subs…Edie had an unexpectedly bawdy sense of humor. She fit right in with the gang.
She is not doing very well in her old age now. Please pray for her. She was a fun broad.
I never liked the Gary “prank” felt like everyone threw him a pity bit just because they felt bad for him.

Fred’s impressions were/are subpar at best. Imagine if stern met a young Anthony Cumia instead, they would have way better way faster
thanks Mrs Cumia
His Stuttering John was his best impression. It was great
Whoa robin is crazy. All she does IS laugh and Howard does ALLOW her to have her mic open all show. She really thinks she’s a somebody
I so wish the stuttering john being fired thing was real, he was such an unfunny
pr!ck

He was unfunny. No doubt. However, Howard made him interesting. He made fun of him greatly. And also, John was good at those interviews
