However in this video you say shoppers who prefer Online or Book stores are your customer segments? th-cam.com/video/YfCgLV9bGo8/w-d-xo.html OR are you saying that when boiled down, the jobs to be done (ie: Get a book quickly when @home/work) are STILL (if wrote correctly) agnostic as in this example (we don't mention website)? Would need to avoid the proposition title also in the Customer Segment name also right?
