Label M heat protectant or the protein spray is the best. I’m a hairdresser so I have used many. Also start taking qsilica from Chemist Wharehouse. I’ve been taking it for two years. My hair was so fine and would never grow past my shoulders. It is so thick and long now despite having foils regularly. 😀
The hair is absolutely beautiful! This may seem random but I absolutely LOVE your top you're wearing while doing this tutorial--it's so hard to find plain white tops with larger arm holes! Any idea where you got this one?
