An "option select" is when you go to parry an incoming attack and instead of pressing the heavy attack to parry you press the zone attack to parry. If your opponent goes through with the attack, then they get parried. If they feint, then they get hit with a zone attack. It works great on characters with fast zones. One of the wardens in the video option selected against mgoldie, but he managed to deflect it which is pretty impressive. Mgoldie made a good read.
So if a new player plays berserker for the first time then they will destroy more than 1 person easily. I’d say all characters require at least a little skill.
