On The Scene: Tank crewmen of the 33rd Separate Mechanised Brigade said on Sunday (June 16) that they hoped for more weapons to be delivered, as world leaders attended a Ukraine summit in Switzerland. President Vladimir Putin said on Friday (June 14) Russia would end the war in Ukraine only if Kyiv agreed to drop its NATO ambitions and hand over the entirety of four provinces claimed by Moscow, demands Kyiv swiftly rejected as tantamount to surrender.
