How much time should I expect to spend to do this round-trip hike? I am not planning to get all the way up to the waterfall. I just want to get to the viewing platform where I can see that breathtaking view of the canyon and the waterfall from the distance.

Hard to say since everyone hikes at a different pace, but if you’re not going all the way up I’d say about 2 hours or so
