The biggest issue with losing your OC or DC after going to a Super Bowl is thar you are late to the hiring process. Lots of teams brought in a new HC and with it their staff. Teams that want to make a OC or DC change have probably already made moves. You are left with fewer options. I feel like that was a big ossue with last years hirings that didn't work out. The Chiefs winning and never losing the core coaches is a major reason for their continued success.

If he cant punch with power than there's no reason for him to play, he's been practising with a brace that doesnt let him lock out his elbow. Not sure how viable it would be to play with it but there's probably work arounds
I LIKE the thought of bringing back Frank Reich. It’d be another old guy that had his time in the sun as a head coach, so we shouldn’t lose him if he’s successful, and Jalen would finally get his continuity that he wants. Frank was good for us before. Idk why we can’t try him again.

Which if they played starters in week 18 and didn't pull Barkley in a lot of games late they would of easily done it. Kellen has done a very good job as offensive co-ordinator in my opinion. They used their best weapon oline and Barkley all year!! And when they had to pass Jalen and eagles passing attack has done enough
