OMG thank you for posting this! I was baffled as just today I replaced the broken belt, but the brush still wasn't spinning. I ended up just purchasing a new vacuum, but I'll definitely be taking my old one apart and lubricating the bearings inside. 😃

Thank you very much I had missed the sixth screw off by itself and didn’t know about taking the end caps off. Now I’m confident this task can be taken care of quickly and easily.

Thank you I was thinking it was my vacuum motor that wasn’t making the brush spin. Took the two caps off the brush n tons of pet hair cleared it all out and spins like it should. Thank you again 👍🏽
