Leafs bias too strong. Freddy has 1 season above .92 save % in his entire career, Rask has 5. Freddys best season ever would tie for Rasks 5th best season. Rask has the highest career save percentage of any active goalie in the NHL, and the 2nd highest save percentage in all of NHL history. He also boasts the NHL's longest active consecutive 30-win seasons streak, and is 2nd among all goalies ever.

Normally, I'd go through the meticulous details of setting up a custom roster like this, but it takes a lot of time lol.
I know this is super late, but frederik Andersen should have been on the Canes. He was originally drafted by them before he reapplied to the draft and was drafted by Anaheim.

When it comes to explaining players and stuff my best advice is to just slow down when you speak. Speaking fast may get information out quicker and be good in a rush but if it's something like this that you've taken the time to put together, not making small speaking mistakes really helps with the final product and reducing editing!

this makes me feel real good about my team. players we don't have anymore i don't miss, and players we've gained only add great depth and skill. and a ton of our great players are our own draft picks, so you can tell we're drafting well. whereas other teams just can't hold onto good players they've drafted

I suspect that's because Chicago didn't draft him. He was undrafted and played in the KHL for a bit before signing as a UFA with Chicago.

Mason Geertsen is a Defenseman. He played for the Oil Kings in the WHL before being traded to the Giants who was then drafted by Colorado. How do I know this? simple, I personally know him as my brother's old Teammate back in Bantam AAA before he got drafted. He is a great guy and a good hockey player. He just needs teammates and management who are willing to help him out in growing to his full potential.
