hey, when i connect the m50x to the pc, the audio output is very low even at full volume. Do i need to buy a audio interface/audio mixer or the elgato wave xlr, thanks in advance
I use the Audio Technica M50xs, and they are great as well. Ive had 2 pairs last me about 8 years. They are comfortable, reliable, and seem to just have a really well balanced sound..I regrettably spent alot more on a pair of Beats before my Audio Technicas, and only after about 2 weeks, sound just stopped playing out of the right side lol.
beats always seemed like more of a "listener" headphone, rather than a studio headphone. Good to hear the M50x's are treating you well, the whole brand seems to be worthwhile from what I hear
@@kaiyo_lofi Yeah, idk how they are now, but back then they were very heavy on the bass. Some songs sounded great with them, but definitely not ideal for mixing lol.
Hey, which is the best headphones for vocal monitoring for talking head kinda videos and a little of video game streaming under 100 or 150 dollars? Thanks in advance ❤️
I also have the 2nd headphone (DT 900 Pro 250 OMH). I love it and been using it for video editing and listening music. Slowly working with music with it. I use the headset with the FiiO K5Pro ESS Amplifier Headphone Amps. Great stuff I would say get it. My only small issue is that when Im on a discord call. I could hear little sound coming from my friend's mic like a small echo from time to time or a little click and I can only catch it. It might be my settings or its so good it can catch stuff.
@kaiyo_lofi a cheap metal mesh pop filter will help prevent pop noises. You can get fabric ones but the metal seem to work better and are way easier to clean
Should i go for audio technica ath 30x over 40x to save some bucks?
Im not sure. I remember the 40x having better reviews all around, that's why I picked up the 40s

I don't know about that, sounds like an issue

Do you need to hear your voice while you're talking through the headphones or no?
@@kaiyo_lofi yeah that's one of the purpose when recording voice for a normal video and also to use it while live streaming games sometimes
@@Daxverse you probably want to get some closed back headphones then. I have the Audio Technica m40x which are decent
@@kaiyo_lofi yeah I'm thinking of getting the same, but is 50x worth the extra money or is there anything better than these for slightly more budget

The DT990's are great! Take a little getting used to but I'm really liking them
Hello Friend, What is the purpose of 80 and 250ohms? which one to go for? Thank you.
Do i need an audio card, like a scarlett focusrite solo?
Most headphones you can plug directly into your laptop via the aux import, but you'll get a better sound with an audio interface ☺️
every time you say a "p" word there's a loud bassy pop
Thanks for letting me know! I'm still learning 🙃
Perfekt reply. 😅 @@kaiyo_lofi

the way he threww the chord lmaooo
Getouttahere!!
Not really that much of a budget, also I tried them, not that great buddy
What would you recommend instead? For studio headphones these are pretty budget options
@@kaiyo_lofi for the price I would rather go for the yamaha X53, twice the sound quality, twice the build quality
The Yamaha X53 is just better in every way, if you are going with that price class, I prefer them over most budget studio headsets
