TIA Portal PLCSIM Problem Solved

The solution for TIA Portal doesn't allow PLCSIM to load programs into PLC because of the project protection setting.

debes habilitar permisos de edición sin protección en propiedades del PLC, así arregle este problema. No deja simular, porque pide una contraseña, a pesar de que le hayas puesto o no, in Protection of confidential PLC configuration data, you need to disable that and put full access in access level
