Theory.... I think Activision had a lot of reports of players "hacking", but a lot of players were just good at sniping. So, to cut down those players reported for "hacking" but were just good at snipping, they nurfed all the snipers. Just my 2 cents.
watching videos like this back make me really miss the old days for sniping. seeing people run out in the open in a straight line. now all i see is people slide canceling behind corners or head glitching giving me nothing to shoot at

The reason why the 3 line feels so bad is because you are not using the 20 round .30-06 magazines. It preforms significantly better when it is equipped

I saw a video today where it was stated that the 3 Line Rifle Optic has a little offset to the right, so you have to shoot a bit left from the center. Have not tested this yet, but would explain your difficulties.
Me and a buddy were playing. He said, I'm good with the Vanguard snipers. Then the MW and CW snipers. He added it's probably the reticles. I can't snipe with all the extra lines and stuff on there. It's difficult for me too.
For me the kar98k works, using IcemanIsaac's build (the quickscope with the 3-6x), also I love using Expel's hipfire ppsh build, makes a great combination. Love your vids as always, keep it up!
Use the 20 round mag and use the last retical you unlock the duplex crosshair for the snipers the otheres arnt alined right that one is zeroed perfectly give it a shot
Butters... The Snipers are good. Just the physics engine is better than other COD games. Just like you have to bullet lead... You have to account for bullet drop. Different ranges, different bullet velocities... You're hitting plates because the bullet is dropping and hitting them in the plates. Slight aim adjustment up and you'll nail those headshots! Let's go!

For a person who loves the Mosin-Nagant/Three Line Rifle in almost any game, like Battlefield 1, DayZ, WaW, Vanguard makes it disappointing with its lack of damage even though it's bullet is pretty big with a lot of penetrating power
Regarding the spectating solos idea I would personally enjoy that cuz they are so entertaining. I watch timthetatman do them and they r so funny. So yes I think that is a great idea!!

I get annoyed with the 3 line sniper rifle to like when I'm like 300 m or more the bullet drop is ridiculous plus it take ages to unlock all the attachments I just hope double xp get fixed and put into the game because rn I'm chalked without double xp atleast plus the ads is chalked on the vangaurd snipers I'm sure thy will buff the ads speed like the cold war swiss and mw kar98 also happy new year butters

Try running the 20 round mag. Slows ads, but increases damage.
F8 stabiliser also increases damage range.
