just a simple advice, get rid of the distracting bulb light from the video frame.
Fact: both processors performance is nearly the same because he used a heavy graphic card so. And if you want performance without a GPU, you can consider i7 3rd

Basically you didn't mention the bottleneck of the cpus, i5 3400 can be paired max to max 1650 gddr6 (no super no ti) and i7 3770 can be paired max to max 1660 super or gtx 1070 not more than that or else you will face stutter frame drops

Bro i edit on After effects 2019, i do anime edits simple anime edits ,after effects run good in my i3 2100 but some effects doesn't run in 2nd gen i3 so i am planning to buy i5 3470, there will be some performance boost? From i3 2100 to i5 3470,8gb ram,256gb ssd
