I just discovered Sister Vesta, and for a about 2 years now the Lord put it in my heart that I need to fast but I have been struggling to do it, something always distracts me or derails me and then I hear this message. Don't give up it is a spiritual fight that we enter when we hold the flesh back and what it wants. We enter a different rim of thinking and emotions picking up burdens for what God wants not what we want. It is different for us all if I eat breakfast it is over I am more hungry than ever. The day before I start a long fast I detox by just eating salad no meat breads or sweets (no sugar). This keeps me from being sick. Hope that helps turn everything over to God trust Him, praying for you!
