I hate to have to tell you like this as it seems like you put alt of thought into this. You can use just a push button and a door controller with no power source to get the same thing. Two components and one wire. You’re welcome.

Actually the best tutorial. Wires it,, stops and stares at the overall wiring so you can see it for yourself, even color coded to make it easy.
