Sir Llyan, how about a content po answering frequently asked questions sa mga may planong magpatayo ng bahay? Since hindi lahat maalam, this would be helpful para yung mga nagpapatayo di lang oo ng oo sa mga contractors nila. Ano po ba ideal na ground to ceiling height?

That’s a fair price. I’ve had my custom loft bed for about a decade now, and I spent 16,000 to have it made. It’s 6ft high (including the siderails on all four sides (8inch high), with a clearance of 5ft, and a middle desk that connects the 2 thick bookcases that support the bed. The bookcases have 5 shelves each and the desk has 2 drawers slots on each side (can fit 2 plastic trays/drawers each) from Daiso AND because I’m an artist, the middle part of the desk has a built-in “lightbox” for drawing/sketching which also serves as ambient lighting if I’m on the top bunk. The cool thing that freaked me out at first was, I found the top bunk can support 650 lbs+ (300kg) or more…This is a free-standing loft bed, it’s not nailed into the wall, as we are just renting our house.
Sometime ago, my nieces and their friends came over and all 5 of us, a rough combination of 650 pounds of weight all hung out on the loft…not even a single squeaky piece of wood. I love my princess-themed loft bed, even if I’m in my 30’s. It’s a sanctuary, but also my workplace. 🤣 haha
Edit: Not that it matters much but, just wanted to add this detail. The main bed part and sides of the book cases are painted lilac/light purple, the desk and shelves are baby pink with fushia accents for the drawers and the very solid angled ladder, that doesn’t go STRAIGHT DOWN, the base is angled a bit, about 7-8 inches from the base of one of the support-bookcases…and it’s colored mint green. I am really reaaaally into Rapunzel and Disney Princesses, soooo that explains the colorscheme. LoL

Gustong gusto ko talaga na matayo na yung bahay namin para madesign ko na yung kwarto namin ng kapatid ko. Mas marami akong natutunan kung paano gumawa ng maayos at secure na lofbed. Wala pa akong degree or pinagaralan everything abt architecture pero watching your video kuya Ive learn a lot po thank you po dito 😊

ganyang ganyan ung loft bed n binili ko sa IkEA nung nsa ABU DHABI ako..year back 2005. steel Loft Bed n may table at drwer cabinet sa ilalim with matching table lamp ung set na un from IKEA... Waahh namissed ko yang itsura nyan Architect... 😘😊😂 💕

ohhh my loft bed po is gawa sa bakal na 2x2 cost almost like that too, 2 paa then naka dikit sa pader ung kabilang dulo. height nmn sa ilalim kinda on 6ft kc nakakatayo pa ako ng deretso.
ung support nmn sa ilalim/kama o sa higaan ay 1x1 na bakal pero ang spacing of each ay 2.5in so ang dami rin. ah for my bed size its the full double uratex 4in height.
maliit lang po kwarto ko at height so pag nasa taas po ako at naka upo sakto lang sa height ko halos 1in nalang mauuntog na ako haha.
my stairs nmn po ay 1x1 iron din and then sa stepping my wood po para hnd masakit sa paa, and its a bit slant on 60 degree para hnd ako hirap sa pag akyat.
bumili nlng po ako ng table na 120x60 and 120x40 na ginawa kong L shape(kaso mag kaiba height which is sad hnd na check ng seller)wanted an L shape coz looks gud and marami pag papatungan kc i have a drawing tablet and a very short wire for pc lol. and a simple office chair lng kc ang hirap buhatin ang gaming chair at hnd ako comfortable sa ganoon since all day ako uupo while i draw or game.
and i put some LED strip lights under the bed for cool look and lights too kc ung ilaw ko po doon mismo malapit or tapat ng higaan ko kaya medyo natatamaan ko ung ilaw.

Ok ang loft bed kng mataas yn headroom o kesame, you can bump your head, pero delicado dn kung you need to go to the WC at night time going down the ladder you can miss a step or roll over sa side

I would of had the bed at bottom.. with box stairs with compartment or stair with cabinets... then upstairs home office / living room

Sir bka pwede po kyo gawa ng design ng pang 2nd floor lang using po ng tubular lng saka phinolic board ung di na po need ng concrete cement 50 sqr mtr. may bahay na po kasi ako pero mahirap mag p second floor dahil po sub divider mga bahay s area ko po thanks in advance sir.

Nasa Baguio po Kasi ako and you know naman po puro moist ang bahay pag may bagyu or mainet hehe
