You have pretty much seen everything from the past two zones in the game. Now that you have a level 5 keycard, you may enter entrance zone. But you also have to close the lid in SCP-008's containment room. If you don't close the lid, then you cannot enter entrance zone. If i remember correctly, SCP-008 is close to the SCP-049 elevators in your world seed.
