well technically she doesn't lie about her age she says she's taking English lit as a class and he assumes she means in Hollis College and so he thinks she's older than she is but really she Isn't. Also we do find out that he knew her true age because of Ali and was wanting to write the novel about them. But that's kinda what I thought like how was he pissed at Ali for lying about her age but then he literally pursues an inappropriate relationship with his student.

I feel that omitting the truth in those situations is technically a lie when you’re trying to appear older and in college when you’re 16 in high school. If the writers had done their job right and had actually sat down and put in half of the effort you did for that video MAYBE the show and the timeline would have made sense and this video would have been easier to put together but I'm grateful for the amount of work that went into this, this is impressive!!

But then Melissa confesses she was the one that buried Bethany thinking Spencer killed her also - so like its also makes no sense because why would she have killed both

in my state you can get your learners permit when you turn 15 and can get your license at 15 and a half so idk what the driving laws are like in Pennsylvania but she could’ve been driving anyway by using her parents car or her own car that she drives anyway even though she doesn’t have a license
What i never understood is the geography of rosewood. Where did ali's family live? how maya moved into ali's house on the street near emily, where jenna and toby also lived. They found ali's body there. But this whole night is at spencers barn. And ali's family moves nextdoor to spencer after she dissappears. But in the flashbacks they're also living there. But spencer is not near Emily at all
i always assumed the girls all lived in the same neighborhood just not on the same street bc any scene of them walking to each others house, it’s like a block over or down the road. ali and spencer were next door neighbors. ali’s house was right behind spencer’s house. maya lived in alis house and emilys mom sends her over with a gift basket to welcome her to the neighborhood so again i’m assuming they all live in the same zip code. emily and toby/jenna are next door neighbors and garret lived across from emily. they find alis body at alis house. the sleepover is held in spencer’s barn but ali is buried in her own backyard. ali’s family moves away when she disappears but since mayas family moves after sending her to rehab camp, jason buys the house back and lives in it and then the mom and dad eventually move back in too. mona also lives in the same neighborhood bc in the books she lives right across of spencer but the show doesn’t really touch on where mona lives in closeness to the other girls. but yeah they all live in the same neighborhood and ali and spencer lived next to each other and then emily and toby/jenna lived next to each other
In the books Toby and Emily are next door neighbors, Spencer and Ali are next door neighbors (living in a much richer side of town) and Hanna is on her own street. How far away they all are is still a mystery.
The way I understood was let’s say block A is Hanna,Toby & Emily while block D(their houses are close to the woods rosewood plus those families are the richest ones.) is where Spencer & Ali live. The Block B & C is where Aria & Mona live. Block C is Aria because I remember Spencer saying “any siren at your house I can hear at my house” when aria was at Ezra’s
Spencer and Ali were always supposed to be neighbors. It was like that in the books and im somewhat sure it was mentioned at one point in the show (dont quote me on that, i cant remember so much of the show at times 😭). After Ali disappeared the Dilaurentis' moved out and rented the house out to Maya's family. Then her family moved out and Jason moved back in, eventually joined by the rest of the Dilaurentis'. I think the confusion comes from the fact that they changed the outdoor setting for Alis house at one point in the series. I could be totally wrong tho, I always get the timeline of events in this show mixed up 😭

I think I would’ve liked if the show started with Allison dealing with A alone and then Allison is dead, us as viewers assume A killed her and then they go for the girls and the show carries on as it is. I always liked the flash backs of Ali before going missing

i was watching this video and when you mentioned that you were working on a video explaining the hastings/dilaurentis/drake family tree, i literally said, out loud, "hUh? girl- good luck, i could never". in all seriousness though- the amount of effort you put into these videos in INSANE and i love them
2 things from an american, in relation to around 20:00 : 1. how long it takes to go from georgia to south carolina depends on where you're going in each state. idk if in PLL it ever says specifically where in these states Alison was meant to be, but georgia and south carolina border each other, so technically it could be a five minute drive if you're going from the edge of georgia to the edge of south carolina. there's some towns that are even located in both states, split right down the middle :) 2. i know british people don't see it this way, but an hour and a half is NOT a long commute for us americans, lol. i know several people who have to drive an hour and a half every morning to get to work (which is incredibly depressing, but it puts into context how spending 1.5 hours traveling is no big deal to us. it's because everything is so far apart here.) i have to drive an hour to get into my nearest big city, and that's a short drive to me. if i'm driving into the city for a party i'm like "oh, it's only an hour drive!" so an hour and a half long plane ride wouldn't be a big deal, other than that they were in a small plane and you might need to refuel when you land.

9:47 confuses me. I thought Alison didn't check in at The Lost Woods resort as Vivian until after Mona found her on the road with blood trailing down the side of her head. Mona did say "I put the room under the name you told me to. Vivian Darkbloom." It was something like that.
haha i love your description of hilton head as a golf club 😂😂 hilton head is actually an island, off the coast of south carolina. it’s like a whole city, but it’s mainly a town where people go on holiday. i think there are a few, or maybe a lot idk lol, of golf courses and country clubs there, and i’m sure that a lot of people do go there to golf. but it’s a really popular holiday destination for families bc there’s a lot of resorts and shopping and tourist stuff to do. there’s a lot of nice beaches and a lot of people get around the town on bikes that they rent. it’s really nice haha i have only been once but i live in cincinnati, ohio and i hear about people going to hilton head all the time lol but i’m also kind of obsessed with your description of hilton head bc it’s great haha anyway sorry for the novel but thought i’d comment for the algorithm and to tell you to put hilton head on your usa bucket list because you’d love it!! and i’m only five minutes into the video but i am a big fan so far lol

He was a freshman when they came back because when Mona “died” they were seniors so Mike would have to be a sophomore. PLL was the show that taught me that apparently in the US (at least in some states), children as young as like 15 are allowed to drive cars lol I remember being so confused and later looking it up on the internet
Okay so let me just start by saying. Damn, I couldn't do what you did. Big props! Second of all, I'm halfway through and I had some comments and thoughts. To start with one: I don't think Wilden is told everything about what Jessica did in the flashback, on that night. I think he just got paid for the fact that CeCe (someone he is seen with on the boat in a photo with both Ali and CeCe (so a friend?) escaped and that needs to be stricken from the record. That is why, he only knows one thing for sure at the beginning. Ali is dead, Cece (a friend who only comes in at season 3 is not available) but these girls are hiding something. I think, he thinks, they know what happened... And they're purposefully not telling it. That combined with his ego and narcism is the reason he tries to get it out of the liars, any means necessary. My biggest theory is... A controversial one. I think Wren was supposed to be Big A, starting season 3. The biggest hints are in Season 4, the only episode Wren (Julian Morris) is in 4x10 "The Mirror Has Three Faces". Mona tells him that she killed Wilden because she realised that the Liars and her are on the same side of the problems. She confronts him about keeping secrets from him, "because she realised where his loyalties layed" -- I think she is talking about being shady together with Cece (since he knows that shit too about the red coat, since he draws them at the end of the episode) -- The next thing he does when he meets Hannah is call someone "to take care of the problem on their end, and he will do that too" -- I think it's Cece (hence he draws or colors the red coat at the end when he got what he wanted! The truth out about Mona not killing Wilden and making an illegal confession -- Wren goes to freaking Veronica Hastings and manipulates her into thinking Mona is dangerous for the girls and "hasn't forgiven them and wants to see them hurt" to get the truth out. -- IF EVERYTHING IS SWITCHED WAIT FOR IT -- Wren killed Wilden by the Lake with the gun shooting him twice (as the featurette "whodunnit" in season 7 suggest because Charlotte shot Wilden) -- That means he knows Mona is lying and tries to outsmart her and the liars. Because... Here it comes. Jullian Morris (Wren Kingsley) was supposed to be revealed as Charles DiLaurentis. Wait here. Charles (is the son of Mary Drake along with Spencer) Spencer and Charles AKA Wren are both brown haired, just like their mother and his father would be Pastor Ted, a blonde haired guy! I believe Wren was the original choice but Julian wasn't availlable and that is why they chose ANDREW (yeah, that guy) as a back-up Charles. He got arrested around the same time before season 6 happened, which meant that he both couldn't star on the show anymore and it would hurt the image since it wasn't Freeform yet. And still ABC Family. And to top it off... If Wren is actually Charles, that means that everything in Season 6, the boy with the blonde hair *in the flashbacks as charles* needs to be removed. And in "Game Over, Charles" Bethany AND Charles can actually be old enough at the age of Toby's age of 15 because... Wren/Charles is older then Spencer! So when Toby was 15, Charles/Wren could actually be old enough to still be in Radley along with Bethany. Another fun thing... Just ignore the fact that he works at Radley later, because I think he would have some blackmail or something which would give him access to work there. Or... He really did got out at 18 and went to medical school becoming Wren Kingston. He is in EPISODE 1. ONE. And... That would make everything they TRIED to do connecting him to the fever dream of Alex Drake actually make freaking sense. Wren would figure it out, he does tell Cece that but not because she needs to know. Cece still meets Archer on the plane and I think Wren and Cece were the actual partners who tried to be A together, with Wren or Charles being the BIG A. Noel, Jenna, Sydney, Shana and everyone else were just onder their thumb and were only allowed to speak about it with Cece. Not knowing who was truly behind it all... The entire flashback of "that night" becomes soo clear, because then Cece CAN be talking to Melissa in the garden as Jason hallucinated and like what was said in the video. Was probably to be CANON. That would mean that Wren/Charles hit Bethany with a rock on her head, for trying to kill his mother or who he thinks his mother is, or aunt if knows that Mary Drake is his mother (as the file suggest in 6x20 that they find in the Radley Hotel). We all wanted it to be Wren (big a, i mean) and I think alot of the story beats where thought of since season 3 except for the whole Charles becoming Cece, actually being a girl and everything. And it is shown, because there was a lot of hatred from making a trans character the villain and I actually think, it wasn't the plan. This was. Because this would finally make this show work. Untill season 5 and a bit of season 6. We can all agree it was freaking random that Wren met Alex Drake in England, got into a relationship with her, ended up shooting her and got turned into a diamond. Because even then MARLENE said: "We wrote the scene for Wren to be killed by Alex, but we couldn't get him for the many days we needed" - So... Julian was shown to already be unavailable at much times, that is why they couldn't make him Big A, even though everything was leading up for it to be... Plus, If Alex Drake would have actually killed Big A (Charles) and they would be in a relationship together (as making season 7 canon in this theory) that would actually be the most insane plot point of it all. But it would make ALL THE SENSE Of THE WORLD. And to finish it all... I think that is the story Marlene told Keegan and Troian around season 5 as what has been revealed to be "the storytime of the entire ending of the show". That would also make the whole Alex Drake thing a little less convoluted, if Charles/Wren is his sister. Another thing i found out the flashback of Jessica storming in at Alisson behind the piano telling her that "she got called that her daughter was in Radley a danger to herself" but it was actually Cece Drake, would also be cleared up this way. And that plot inconsistency and guess what freaking episode that flashback is also from... 4x10, again. That episode reveals the outline, I think what actually was supposed to happen after Ali turned out Alive, and... Told that ther mother burried her. Meaning it was Charles/Wren who burried Jessica at the end, since she was killed by her twin sister... I think after that he learns that Mary Drake is actually his mother. Thus being mad at her and him having met Archer Dunhill because of Cece being his Right Hand Girl. That would explain why Archer would try to work with Mary Drake and screw her over at the very last second, having revenge for Charles/Wren. Because Mary thinks she is trying to get revenge for Charles/Wren. As the same flashback of Alisson behind the piano reveal about Cece turning up as "Jessica's in distress daughter at Radley" that would actually explain how Cece could have worn the bracelet in that moment because she was "dressed in Alissons clothes" and... She takes everything of for Bethany to find the bracelet. IN episode 5x05 - Scream for me - Emily and Spencer discover that "Aunt Jessie" -- Jessica DiLaurentis obviously took Bethany to the Horse Stables to go riding (because of guilt since she was banging her father) maybe trying to have a relationship with her. In the letter of Bethany to Alisson she is thanking her for the clothes, because "yellow is her color" hence why she got it (because it is confirmed in 5x13 christmas episode) that Alisson found two sets of the same clothes as a child and then having to lie about it. Why would she have to do that? That's right because she cannot know that her mother is having an affair. Alisson sended her the same top as hers, to maybe kill her? I think Bethanny knows that Jessica or "aunt jessie" is using sleeping pills, so she dresses as her own daughter, with the braclett from Cece (which Alisson would be responsible for by her own fault, dooming her inevitable capture) going to Jessica to drug her and maybe kill, incriminating that Alisson DiLaurentis would have killed her own mother. That is also confirmed by 5x12 when Mona is telling the liars that "Alisson lured Bethany to Rosewood and knew about the affair, she wanted her dead" - In a previous episode when Mona and Spencer are at Radley she is saying on the voice recording - "I wonder if I can trust anyone in that family, is it like mother like daughter" - She could've figure out what Alisson tried to do hence forth drugging and then killing Mrs. D on "that night" and thus incriminating Ali for the murder as revenge, by wearing her the top she sended her. That means that Alisson bought the top first for Bethany and sending it to her, before her mom bought the same top for her. (That would exonerate everything of the Cece is A storyline) thus making the Wren is Charles theory again, so much more plaussible and I think. The actual truth.
The Wren is A theory is far from unpopular imo, it was the biggest theory during air time! I was soooo invested in it and still can't believe it "wasn't" him
Maybe Ali's first A was Jenna not Mona, and Sydney&Shana joined in when they heard about Ali blinding Jenna, but they were only in on the A texts at this point they weren't ride or die for Jenna yet which is why Jenna uses Ian to go confront/get revenge on Ali

The fact that this whole video is about her disappearance is crazy, I think people actually forget how much of an impact her disappearance had on the story; not just in season one but throughout the series
19:00 from what i remember she went to georgia to try to convince her grandma to take jason out of her will which is why there was a possible motive for jason to kill ali, also the flight from south carolina to pennsylvania in duncan’s plane probably would’ve been shorter than a regular airport flight
The fact that SO many people could’ve been after her in the 1st place says a lot about Ali and the way she did Emily was diabolical! I preferred The Perfectionist over the new PLL reboot.. I got too used to the slow paced mystery and the reboot moves so fast
I like to think Allison went home to confront her final suspect Jessica, but Charlotte shows up thinking it was Bethany before Allison confronted her. And Mona/Melissa + Charlotte/Jessica essentially did strangers on a train without even realising it with Charlotte/Jessica nearly killing Allison and Mona/Melissa actually killing Bethany.
for what it's worth - Hilton Head and Georgia are NOT far. 45 minutes from Savanah to HHI proper as someone who lived in both. That plot NEVER made sense to me and my friends who lived in Hilton Head. like I can be in Georgia in less than an hour if there's traffic why are we being weird Spencer?
Same! I had my honeymoon in both (few days in Hilton Head and then we went Savannah)...I was laughing at how they couldn't wrap their heads around how close the two were

in my state you can get your learners permit when you turn 15 and can get your license at 15 and a half so idk what the driving laws are like in Pennsylvania but she could’ve been driving anyway by using her parents car or her own car that she drives anyway even though she doesn’t have a license
Usually Sophmores in high school are 15-16 and juniors are 16-17, so Mona is probably in the older age of students in the class

What i never understood is the geography of rosewood. Where did ali's family live? how maya moved into ali's house on the street near emily, where jenna and toby also lived. They found ali's body there. But this whole night is at spencers barn. And ali's family moves nextdoor to spencer after she dissappears. But in the flashbacks they're also living there. But spencer is not near Emily at all
i always assumed the girls all lived in the same neighborhood just not on the same street bc any scene of them walking to each others house, it’s like a block over or down the road. ali and spencer were next door neighbors. ali’s house was right behind spencer’s house. maya lived in alis house and emilys mom sends her over with a gift basket to welcome her to the neighborhood so again i’m assuming they all live in the same zip code. emily and toby/jenna are next door neighbors and garret lived across from emily. they find alis body at alis house. the sleepover is held in spencer’s barn but ali is buried in her own backyard. ali’s family moves away when she disappears but since mayas family moves after sending her to rehab camp, jason buys the house back and lives in it and then the mom and dad eventually move back in too. mona also lives in the same neighborhood bc in the books she lives right across of spencer but the show doesn’t really touch on where mona lives in closeness to the other girls. but yeah they all live in the same neighborhood and ali and spencer lived next to each other and then emily and toby/jenna lived next to each other
In the books Toby and Emily are next door neighbors, Spencer and Ali are next door neighbors (living in a much richer side of town) and Hanna is on her own street. How far away they all are is still a mystery.

Spencer and Ali were always supposed to be neighbors. It was like that in the books and im somewhat sure it was mentioned at one point in the show (dont quote me on that, i cant remember so much of the show at times 😭). After Ali disappeared the Dilaurentis' moved out and rented the house out to Maya's family. Then her family moved out and Jason moved back in, eventually joined by the rest of the Dilaurentis'. I think the confusion comes from the fact that they changed the outdoor setting for Alis house at one point in the series. I could be totally wrong tho, I always get the timeline of events in this show mixed up 😭

2 things from an american, in relation to around 20:00 :
1. how long it takes to go from georgia to south carolina depends on where you're going in each state. idk if in PLL it ever says specifically where in these states Alison was meant to be, but georgia and south carolina border each other, so technically it could be a five minute drive if you're going from the edge of georgia to the edge of south carolina. there's some towns that are even located in both states, split right down the middle :)
2. i know british people don't see it this way, but an hour and a half is NOT a long commute for us americans, lol. i know several people who have to drive an hour and a half every morning to get to work (which is incredibly depressing, but it puts into context how spending 1.5 hours traveling is no big deal to us. it's because everything is so far apart here.) i have to drive an hour to get into my nearest big city, and that's a short drive to me. if i'm driving into the city for a party i'm like "oh, it's only an hour drive!" so an hour and a half long plane ride wouldn't be a big deal, other than that they were in a small plane and you might need to refuel when you land.

haha i love your description of hilton head as a golf club 😂😂 hilton head is actually an island, off the coast of south carolina. it’s like a whole city, but it’s mainly a town where people go on holiday. i think there are a few, or maybe a lot idk lol, of golf courses and country clubs there, and i’m sure that a lot of people do go there to golf. but it’s a really popular holiday destination for families bc there’s a lot of resorts and shopping and tourist stuff to do. there’s a lot of nice beaches and a lot of people get around the town on bikes that they rent. it’s really nice haha i have only been once but i live in cincinnati, ohio and i hear about people going to hilton head all the time lol but i’m also kind of obsessed with your description of hilton head bc it’s great haha anyway sorry for the novel but thought i’d comment for the algorithm and to tell you to put hilton head on your usa bucket list because you’d love it!! and i’m only five minutes into the video but i am a big fan so far lol

PLL was the show that taught me that apparently in the US (at least in some states), children as young as like 15 are allowed to drive cars lol I remember being so confused and later looking it up on the internet
Okay so let me just start by saying. Damn, I couldn't do what you did. Big props! Second of all, I'm halfway through and I had some comments and thoughts. To start with one: I don't think Wilden is told everything about what Jessica did in the flashback, on that night. I think he just got paid for the fact that CeCe (someone he is seen with on the boat in a photo with both Ali and CeCe (so a friend?) escaped and that needs to be stricken from the record. That is why, he only knows one thing for sure at the beginning. Ali is dead, Cece (a friend who only comes in at season 3 is not available) but these girls are hiding something. I think, he thinks, they know what happened... And they're purposefully not telling it. That combined with his ego and narcism is the reason he tries to get it out of the liars, any means necessary.
My biggest theory is... A controversial one. I think Wren was supposed to be Big A, starting season 3. The biggest hints are in Season 4, the only episode Wren (Julian Morris) is in 4x10 "The Mirror Has Three Faces". Mona tells him that she killed Wilden because she realised that the Liars and her are on the same side of the problems. She confronts him about keeping secrets from him, "because she realised where his loyalties layed" -- I think she is talking about being shady together with Cece (since he knows that shit too about the red coat, since he draws them at the end of the episode) -- The next thing he does when he meets Hannah is call someone "to take care of the problem on their end, and he will do that too" -- I think it's Cece (hence he draws or colors the red coat at the end when he got what he wanted! The truth out about Mona not killing Wilden and making an illegal confession -- Wren goes to freaking Veronica Hastings and manipulates her into thinking Mona is dangerous for the girls and "hasn't forgiven them and wants to see them hurt" to get the truth out. -- IF EVERYTHING IS SWITCHED WAIT FOR IT -- Wren killed Wilden by the Lake with the gun shooting him twice (as the featurette "whodunnit" in season 7 suggest because Charlotte shot Wilden) -- That means he knows Mona is lying and tries to outsmart her and the liars.
Because... Here it comes. Jullian Morris (Wren Kingsley) was supposed to be revealed as Charles DiLaurentis. Wait here. Charles (is the son of Mary Drake along with Spencer) Spencer and Charles AKA Wren are both brown haired, just like their mother and his father would be Pastor Ted, a blonde haired guy! I believe Wren was the original choice but Julian wasn't availlable and that is why they chose ANDREW (yeah, that guy) as a back-up Charles. He got arrested around the same time before season 6 happened, which meant that he both couldn't star on the show anymore and it would hurt the image since it wasn't Freeform yet. And still ABC Family. And to top it off... If Wren is actually Charles, that means that everything in Season 6, the boy with the blonde hair *in the flashbacks as charles* needs to be removed. And in "Game Over, Charles" Bethany AND Charles can actually be old enough at the age of Toby's age of 15 because... Wren/Charles is older then Spencer! So when Toby was 15, Charles/Wren could actually be old enough to still be in Radley along with Bethany. Another fun thing... Just ignore the fact that he works at Radley later, because I think he would have some blackmail or something which would give him access to work there. Or... He really did got out at 18 and went to medical school becoming Wren Kingston. He is in EPISODE 1. ONE. And... That would make everything they TRIED to do connecting him to the fever dream of Alex Drake actually make freaking sense. Wren would figure it out, he does tell Cece that but not because she needs to know. Cece still meets Archer on the plane and I think Wren and Cece were the actual partners who tried to be A together, with Wren or Charles being the BIG A. Noel, Jenna, Sydney, Shana and everyone else were just onder their thumb and were only allowed to speak about it with Cece. Not knowing who was truly behind it all... The entire flashback of "that night" becomes soo clear, because then Cece CAN be talking to Melissa in the garden as Jason hallucinated and like what was said in the video. Was probably to be CANON. That would mean that Wren/Charles hit Bethany with a rock on her head, for trying to kill his mother or who he thinks his mother is, or aunt if knows that Mary Drake is his mother (as the file suggest in 6x20 that they find in the Radley Hotel). We all wanted it to be Wren (big a, i mean) and I think alot of the story beats where thought of since season 3 except for the whole Charles becoming Cece, actually being a girl and everything. And it is shown, because there was a lot of hatred from making a trans character the villain and I actually think, it wasn't the plan. This was. Because this would finally make this show work. Untill season 5 and a bit of season 6. We can all agree it was freaking random that Wren met Alex Drake in England, got into a relationship with her, ended up shooting her and got turned into a diamond. Because even then MARLENE said: "We wrote the scene for Wren to be killed by Alex, but we couldn't get him for the many days we needed" - So... Julian was shown to already be unavailable at much times, that is why they couldn't make him Big A, even though everything was leading up for it to be... Plus, If Alex Drake would have actually killed Big A (Charles) and they would be in a relationship together (as making season 7 canon in this theory) that would actually be the most insane plot point of it all. But it would make ALL THE SENSE Of THE WORLD. And to finish it all... I think that is the story Marlene told Keegan and Troian around season 5 as what has been revealed to be "the storytime of the entire ending of the show". That would also make the whole Alex Drake thing a little less convoluted, if Charles/Wren is his sister.
Another thing i found out the flashback of Jessica storming in at Alisson behind the piano telling her that "she got called that her daughter was in Radley a danger to herself" but it was actually Cece Drake, would also be cleared up this way. And that plot inconsistency and guess what freaking episode that flashback is also from... 4x10, again. That episode reveals the outline, I think what actually was supposed to happen after Ali turned out Alive, and... Told that ther mother burried her. Meaning it was Charles/Wren who burried Jessica at the end, since she was killed by her twin sister... I think after that he learns that Mary Drake is actually his mother. Thus being mad at her and him having met Archer Dunhill because of Cece being his Right Hand Girl. That would explain why Archer would try to work with Mary Drake and screw her over at the very last second, having revenge for Charles/Wren. Because Mary thinks she is trying to get revenge for Charles/Wren.
As the same flashback of Alisson behind the piano reveal about Cece turning up as "Jessica's in distress daughter at Radley" that would actually explain how Cece could have worn the bracelet in that moment because she was "dressed in Alissons clothes" and... She takes everything of for Bethany to find the bracelet. IN episode 5x05 - Scream for me - Emily and Spencer discover that "Aunt Jessie" -- Jessica DiLaurentis obviously took Bethany to the Horse Stables to go riding (because of guilt since she was banging her father) maybe trying to have a relationship with her. In the letter of Bethany to Alisson she is thanking her for the clothes, because "yellow is her color" hence why she got it (because it is confirmed in 5x13 christmas episode) that Alisson found two sets of the same clothes as a child and then having to lie about it. Why would she have to do that? That's right because she cannot know that her mother is having an affair. Alisson sended her the same top as hers, to maybe kill her? I think Bethanny knows that Jessica or "aunt jessie" is using sleeping pills, so she dresses as her own daughter, with the braclett from Cece (which Alisson would be responsible for by her own fault, dooming her inevitable capture) going to Jessica to drug her and maybe kill, incriminating that Alisson DiLaurentis would have killed her own mother. That is also confirmed by 5x12 when Mona is telling the liars that "Alisson lured Bethany to Rosewood and knew about the affair, she wanted her dead" - In a previous episode when Mona and Spencer are at Radley she is saying on the voice recording - "I wonder if I can trust anyone in that family, is it like mother like daughter" - She could've figure out what Alisson tried to do hence forth drugging and then killing Mrs. D on "that night" and thus incriminating Ali for the murder as revenge, by wearing her the top she sended her. That means that Alisson bought the top first for Bethany and sending it to her, before her mom bought the same top for her. (That would exonerate everything of the Cece is A storyline) thus making the Wren is Charles theory again, so much more plaussible and I think. The actual truth.
The Wren is A theory is far from unpopular imo, it was the biggest theory during air time! I was soooo invested in it and still can't believe it "wasn't" him

Maybe Ali's first A was Jenna not Mona, and Sydney&Shana joined in when they heard about Ali blinding Jenna, but they were only in on the A texts at this point they weren't ride or die for Jenna yet which is why Jenna uses Ian to go confront/get revenge on Ali

We all focus on how much Ali did, but Melissa also did so much on this day - including driving back (or a commerical flight) from SC to PA.
I like to think Allison went home to confront her final suspect Jessica, but Charlotte shows up thinking it was Bethany before Allison confronted her.
And Mona/Melissa + Charlotte/Jessica essentially did strangers on a train without even realising it with Charlotte/Jessica nearly killing Allison and Mona/Melissa actually killing Bethany.
for what it's worth - Hilton Head and Georgia are NOT far. 45 minutes from Savanah to HHI proper as someone who lived in both. That plot NEVER made sense to me and my friends who lived in Hilton Head. like I can be in Georgia in less than an hour if there's traffic why are we being weird Spencer?
