The dad also was perfectly fine with letting the mom see him anytime she wanted under supervision.
As a former addict (6 years clean now) this really touched my heart!! People really don't understand you really can't just stop!! It's not that easy and when you child ir children get removed, it makes you go deeper into addiction to try and ease the pain!! I wish CPS would understand that removing children won't make a person get clean and it makes it worse. I love the ending and hopefully people that are struggling at this very moment will see this and see there is still hope!!

I totally agree with the dad. To love someone you have to love yourself first. I was a drug addict on meth, for a long time. My husband gave me an ultimatum: either him or the meth. I chose him. I decided to get my life together and get off the drugs. If the mother wants to get her son back, she HAS to get off the drugs

Liked how this story had a good ending. Good that the Mum was able to get treatment for her drug addiction and that the husband was forgiving and willing to give her a second chance. Good that they were able to put their child first.

It's good that the father wasn't trying to make the mother suffer and was only on the look out for his son. He even said that if things improve at the end they may become a family again.

Beautiful story. I definitely can agree with the message. I thought it was well acted where I had sympahty for the mother and definitely for the child and father. Great ending. I like when Dhar Mann talks about REAL issues that adults, teens, and children go through.
One thing though is drug addicts often villianised. I liked that the father had compassion to see where she was coming from. Yes being addicted to drugs are bad but at the end of the day it’s also an illness. It’s not that easy to get off it either. If you can do something along the lines of portraying someone in that light it would definitely change lives. It’s such a brutal thing to deal with

The kid is so cute! I like how the adults handled this situation. The dad maintained calm around the son the whole time and when the cops came to arrest the mom after she kidnapped Noah they weren't aggressive which would scare the kid. Although the dad asked for full custody he still allowed the mom to be a part of Noah's life by letting her see him when she wanted. She didn't have to kidnap him.

The kid is so cute! I like how the adults handled this situation. The dad maintained calm around the son the whole time and when the cops came to arrest the mom after she kidnapped Noah they weren't aggressive which would scare the kid. Although the dad asked for full custody he still allowed the mom to be a part of Noah's life by letting her see him when she wanted. She didn't have to kidnap him.
