That SH4 is an amazing road. You know what I've driven through there a few times. Awesome. What a great car the E46 is. SMG is quick but knowing you you'll be happier in a full manual.
@@KiwiCarLife I am surprised how reasonable it is to swap over. I am also surprised alot more have not been converted. I remember 10 years ago you could get a manual E46 M3 for $20,000 and I wish I had got one then
Might be a hard question to answer due to the gearbox but is it noticeably faster than the 130i? Can’t imagine there being too much between them. Great video mate
@@dgpaliza in theory no because the transmission itself isn’t being changed, just the actuation of it. It’s listed as a 6 speed manual on carjam already

This managed to do 0-100 in 4.8s whereas the 130i was 5.7s
