xD the clarification at the start, I killed him with the vent damage, literally, like stalled him and finished the last slither of health with the vent.
I vaguely guessed that there must be an error in the conditions of the medal since Heat Vent deals pissed poor damage but still managed to finished both of his forms using Heat Vent. The worst part was trying to leave him with only a sliver of health and failed 3-4 times before success.
Can u please tell me why the boss wasn't teleporting in second phase? whenever I place my operators to block him he teleports and I lose , I am dumb so I don't understand
The teleport happens if the targets dies or is retreated during his special attack, Quartz has just enough hp to survive because the vent gives the boss a 70%(I think) attack down
In Phase 2: Boss uses his skill -> Kills an Op (or that Op retreats during his skill) -> He dashes forward and refreshes skill -> Repeats So, if your Op manage to stay alive during his skill, he won’t dash. The heat vent can reduce the boss’ ATK and DEF by 70% so it helps
Are the other operators like the medics, caster and sniper need to be elite 2? Kinda want to do it but kinda already spent a lot of money trying to do this one other guide but it didn’t work for challege mode. Trying to replace Hoshiguma is really hard when you’re missing a lot of core operators since that one use a lot of 6 stars.
@@Dr.HieuKun oh thanks though I need to replace Quartz with someone else but I just realized just how I don’t really understand who is exactly is a high hp pool operators.
@@Dr.HieuKun so I tried. She could survive too, except all of my low star ops are max leveled + M3, and I brought Shining 90 S2M3 ModY2 instead of Gavial. However, the micromanagement was still too difficult for me (it always failed either bcs Ifrit finally lost HP or Cliff killed Franka & the medic team before I finished with all the mobs) Still a worthy guide tho. 7 atk got it, been trying to use shamare, mousse, and heat vent to tank that guy.. ill try it again later
Btw, pretty sure you could tank the boss easily with Quercus (probably other 9colored and others too).
Abjurers help a lot too if u have them

I use matoi to tank boss kinda unexpected way to tank boss because usually use hoshi

I believe E1 max lvl is good enough, since E2 lvl 40 is usually not too much different from E1 max

Is using franka instead of quartz ok? I don't have my quartz built
Give it a try, as long as they have high enough HP to survive
