Astrology is my special interest! I absolutely loved this, including your little rant about pop astrology being toxic (because it is, it's doing humans and true ancient astrology a great disservice). You and your partner are both going through your Saturn returns right now, which could be part of the story of what you mentioned about a earthy kind of sobering up and maturing in ways. Maybe you'd like reading about that more while you're going through that process together. If the idea of elements and modalities gave you a lot more insight into how your chart plays out and you would like to go even deeper, have a look at essential dignities and traditional rulership. For example: as a Leo rising, your Pisces Sun is your chart ruler, so you may "feel" more like a Pisces than a Pisces with a different rising sign would. In that way I loved especially how you mentioned not wanting to be boxed in, I'm very sorry to say that that is very on brand with boundless and mutable Pisces LOL. All love though!! We contain multitudes and are ever in flux. 🥰
autism/neurodivergence and astrology are my biggest special interests rn so i was really excited to watch this! i’ve been watching a lot of your videos lately and i can’t put into words right now just how much they’ve helped me out. thank you so, so much. 💛 also, i guessed you were a pisces!! i’m so proud of myself for getting it right! with each video i watch, i keep wanting to leave comments sharing more of my experience and expressing how helpful your content has been for me, but i never have the energy, so i’m glad i’m finally doing it now. i wish i could share everything on my mind but there’s just so much!! so all i can say is thank you again, and i wish all the good things for you that you’ve provided for others 💛
My chart has told me that I don’t intentionally not follow rules but rather they don’t make sense to me so I do things the way that does. 🤯 this was very accurate then but now learning about my autism it makes even more sense. Anyone else relate?
Also you should look into your progressed chart if you haven’t already! It plays into the theory of our charts evolving and placements shifting as we mature.
i LOVE astrology. it’s my special interest and i’d really enjoy more videos about it. ps i appreciate you shouting out your earth placements, im a Virgo stellium ☺️
Taurus sun, cancer moon (but only 1 degree so very close to leo moon) , aries rising. Yes I am good at masking lol 😂 and people are shocked that I experience things so deeply… I resonate with the others here who have psychology/astrology/enneagram/spirituality special interests 🙂
I'm a gemini, and when I say that people sometimes react like "Oh, I dont like you because you MUST be fake and two-faced." And I guess I am two-faced, I have many faces. I tend to emulate people to adapt and cope with dealing with new situations, so I'm sure it can look like I'm not sincere. But knowing my star sign helped me cope with having all these inner conflicts, I'm just a gemini. That is why...definitely nothing else... 🙈
Hey! So happy I found your channel recently. I’m an Aquarius but never felt any connection to the typical “traits” for lack of a better word. So I’m interested in your take on the topic!
I have never really identified with my sun sign either.. Sun sign is kind of how you are without trying, rising sign is how you seem on the surface or with first impressions, and your moon sign is your felt experience. I think for many I actually feel most of the time like I identify more with my moon sign as it’s how I relate through feeling… … But then again my inner experience is more feeling dominated than most (I do not think with words).
I just found your channel recently and I relate to you on so many levels (I’m an autistic WOC) but now that I know you’re also a Pisces it makes so much sense. All autistic Pisces I know make so much sense to me.
I just found your channel and watched the whole personality test playlist. It’s so aligned with my special interests, I love it! I’m an Aquarius (on the Pisces cusp), but I’ve never done my full chart. It’s definitely something I’ve been interested in doing for awhile. More recently I’ve been sorting through my enneagram and MBTI, but it’s kind of just like this whole quest to figure out who I am. I know I’m late to this video, but I am definitely interested in more of this style of video, from astrology to the enneagram to Myers-Briggs, or anything else! I’m looking forward to watching more of your content! ❤
I'm primarily water & fire as well and we share the venus in aries placement ❤️🔥 Im also a pisces moon & rising and now it makes sense to me why ur content is SO soothing to me Thank U for being U and all that U share! 💗☯️💗
You mentioned duality in this video and I have noticed that often with myself the most obvious traits that coincide with my understanding of my asd experiences stem from signs that are creating a complex energy rather than a balanced or harmonious energy. The example I’ll use here is that my Sun/Mercury are in Sagittarius but my Moon/rising are in Virgo and those two signs tend to have more differences than similarities so it constantly feels like I have to process twice as much perspective or inputs to get the same types of results that I see from most people around me and this happens by default for me even when I’d rather not deal with so much all at once or even trying to take a break feels like I have to put in extra effort just to get myself to actually relax, yet my chart is majority mutable and that flexibility allows me to blend energies that don’t usually blend in ways that feel like one experience rather than a combination of different experiences even if it’s the combination that’s creating the reality of what’s going on in my mind and life, resulting in feeling like a “lava sign” in a world of fire, water, earth, and air sign people.
I came across your channel and this video in particular and as a professional astrologer I would like to say that you are so right about the toxic and simplistic astrology that we see everywhere in the media. Astrology is sooooooo much more than that, actually you can even study your chart only from the aspects the planet make without the signs and houses and it would give you amazing information. Funny that you posted your "chart" without the aspects, as an astrologer I have to say that a chart without them is not complete at all, they give so much more information, i.e. you are a pisces Sun with an Aries Moon right, but your Sun is in conjunction with Mars so even if you were a Taurus Sun but with a Mars conjunction you would have Aries traits (plus your Sun/Mars are squaring Pluto which adds so much more intensity) , that's why 2 people born with, let's say, a Pisces Sun will not act the same also you need to go look at the ruler of your Sun (in this case Jupiter that rules Pisces). Also your Moon is squaring your Neptune that should say a lot about your mother/family/roots relationship. And you also have a Mercury/Uranus conjunction (plus in Aquarius) that says a lot about the divergent/different way your brain sees and acts in life....astrology is amazing but we do need to go beyond signs and houses and plunge into aspects, progressed charts, firdaria, zodiacal releasing ....and so much more....what the media tells about astrology is just a drop in the ocean. Thank you for this video and continue to study astrology :)
So I have been researhing this as a late diagnosed autistic and also in to astrology for years. I asked in a group about if there is a way to see autism in the birth chart using my own. A lot of ppl pointed out that my retrograde Neptune makes contact with all iof my planets in the chart. I find this topic very interesting from an astrology standpoint. I also have a lot of strong fire and water placements, also air but almost no earth except Chiron.
My romance with astrology renews each time I have a new celebrity crush, it’s kind of the only way you can hypothetically look into other persons mind without knowing them in person. And yeah the more it happens the more I learn about astrology and the more kind of glyphic and customisable it becomes for me, planets houses signs, aspects, mythology… My brand of autism seems to have an acquired taste for elegant, poetic systems. But also the ones that can be deconstructed and transferred to the ‘joke category if I want to.
Hi, I found your channel today and have been kind of binge watching your videos. They are very helpful, informative and nice to watch, I'm very glad I found them :)
I guessed Pisces and I got it right!!! You definitely have Pisces energy! Astrology used to be a big special interest of mine, but I found that it controlled my life and was often incorrect on specific things. Though I wouldn't say my faith in it is dead, I don't rely on it but I find that it can be useful to understanding yourself. Even at times when I haven't believed in it, I find that I will identify with certain parts of my chart, and I'll identify with those things because i possess those characteristics rather than because I am creating a persona of traits that aren't me, if that makes sense. I had a friend who said something very similar about tarot even though he's very non-spiritual.
ADHD and autistic subscriber from Brazil here. First time watching the channel, but... I'd say Libra, Aquarius, Cancer or Pisces If I had to rank it 1. Pisces (that's mine too) 2. Libra 3. Aquarius 4. Cancer EDIT: HA I KNEW IT REAL RECOGNIZE REAL SIS 💪
I like doing Vedic astrology for fun, but I used to perceive myself as a Cancer Sun growing up, only realising through my mother (who had more understanding of Vedic astrology that I ever do) that I am a Gemini Sun (which is true since I have a love of learning, a love of reading and more so would rather stick with facts than with some biased agenda, and its Lunar mansion is Punarvasu, so between Gemini and Cancer, although I haven't remembered or memorised the pada for this one), an Aquarius Moon (since I still feel like I am a loner inside and have a hard time fully being social with others since I prefer my own company and to prefer doing shit mostly by myself, and yes the lunar mansion for this Vedic moon sign is Shatabhisha, first pada in Sagittarius), Virgo Ascendant/Rising (since I like being organised and I have a tendency to be detailed and to overworry and overthink a lot about shit, and I have this tendency to be caught up inside my head, and its mansion is Uttara-Phalguni, so between Leo and Virgo, but I'm also not sure which pada), and Scorpio Mars (I have strong emotions and I can react intensely at times and sometimes I show my anger through the tone of my words, while I am also not the best with self discipline when it comes to that (I can also be strong as well, but I don't always feel like it), and I react to shit pretty strongly at times, with my mind being alert, and the lunar mansion is Jyeshtha). When I saw the tropical signs for my moon and mars... It felt a bit off to me because one) I am not too emotional not always too sensitive and nurturing nor am I as feminine since I don't have much of a connection to cis and white femininity [as I am a transmasc and multigender Autistic guy who is white-passing but is Jewish] and two) I am not the most outgoing nor am I always the most courageous person at all.
I'm a score sun Leo moon, Leo rising astrology is definitely a special interest of mine and I loved how you described understanding it from a wholistic pov rather than the mainstream representations in pop culture. What was super weird for me though was I have the exact same signs in the same houses as you, this is the second chart I've seen like this and I'm starting to wonder if its normal, perhaps but it made sense why I resonated with a lot of what you said I too have the those same earth placements they provide much needed structure for me. Im late but more of these videos for sure :)
I study Jyotish - The Ancient Art of Vedic Astrology. They consider it a spiritual science. Prior, I studied Western for 12 years. Rising is Uttara Phalguni Nakastra... means Leo Rising (and for me, in the Pada degree of Sagittarius Navamsa) ^^^ that's just a taste 😄 I am by no means proficient KRSchannel is the best channel for breakdowns Shorthand is: Leo Rising, Pisces Sun (Purva Bhadrapada Nakastra) Scorpio Moon (Anuradha Nakshatra) 💐 It's all a special interest of mine, so I'd be interested in what you have to say

Very late to this video bc I've only started getting into astrology. I have ASD and ADHD too and was curious to see an autistic perspective on astrology. I agree with a lot you said, esecailly not "boxing" people in! Growing up i was discouraged from engaging in my interests and as a result I felt a lot of shame, resentment and self-loathing (definitely still steuggling with the last one). Now as an educator of students with learning needs, I encourage them to engage with and tell me about their interests (no matter what they are!) as a result of this. I'm a Aquarius Sun, Capricorn Moon and Scorpio Rising and watching videos about these placements made me feel SEEN (comforting and deeply uncomfortable as I don't like to be perceived xD). I like to joke that my big three literally meant I was gonna have autism (well, half-joking 🤣) but I am learning to be proud of who I am and astrology helps me understand myself, especially in a world that chooses not to understand me.
Alrighty, I'm late but I like to just always guess Pisces for people because I'm a Pisces lol. So Pisces is my official guess. Other signs that definitely come to mind I'll list below: Or Capricorn, Sagittarius, Aquarius lol. Scorpio, Virgo, Aries, and Cancer ... I'm not very good at making just 1 guess but those ones all make sense to me based off some things.
PLEASE READ YA'LL🙂 It legitimately haunts me how few people know or care about epistemology, the study of knowledge and justified belief. (not that i'm accusing anyone here of this) Humans have been studying the mechanisms by which we come to truth for thousands of years. It's amazing what we know these days, but it's horrifying how much we try to fil in the gaps with conjecture - how much we claim to know things when we don't know... Our willingness to blur the line between knowledge and faith. (or don't even know we don't know) Continually developing a sound epistemological foundation is absolutely crucial if we care at all about - knowing and being confident about true things - letting go of false things - and coming to terms with what we don't know. Lack of epistemological education is at the core of - theocratic violence, tribalism, villainizing people we don't understand (Christian nationalism, conflict in the middle east, crusades) - the spread dangerous misinformation & pseudoscience (religious counseling instead of actual mental healthcare, Chelation therapy, use of toxic essential oils, pyramid schemes, climate change denial) - waste time on morally reprehensible activities (denying your sexual identity, disowning your children, self flagellation) It's not the beliefs themselves that get us here, but the fact we aren't using critical thinking and sound epistemological tenants to reach our conclusions. We can counter this by - Identifying Cognitive Biases - Understanding fallacious reasoning - Reading up on the history of the topic - Practicing S.E. (Street Epistemology) - Developing meaningful relationships and experiences with those you disagree with - Developing research & data skills/literacy Here are some excellent resources we can use to help avoid these pitfalls: yourlogicalfallacyis.com/ yourbias.is/ upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/65/Cognitive_bias_codex_en.svg en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fallacies streetepistemology.com/ freedomofmind.com/cult-mind-control/bite-model/ iep.utm.edu/epistemo/ plato.stanford.edu/index.html P.S. Reconstruction can take a long time. Skepticism does not mean you are invalidating your emotions and perceptions. It does not mean you can't explore unknown territory. If you want to explore alternative medicine for instance, it's important to understand the known potential harm, placebo and nocebo, and to join a reputable clinical trial so we can gain objective insights on the risks and rewards. If it does help you, it's important to temper your advocacy and recognize the difference between evidence and anecdote; correlation vs causation. th-cam.com/video/S7G-ruj22Uo/w-d-xo.html
I am also very interested in Astrology, and Since I got my diagnose I am wondering how can we see the autism and adhd in our astral chart.... I read about havinf retrograde mercury or as my case have it in a stellium.... I think I see my ADHD in my ascendent that is in the cusp of pisces and aries, and I also have stellium in capricorn that I think it has a lot to do with my autism... Do you know anything about signs of it in the astral chart?
Astrology is one of my special interests! Before I learned about neurodiversity I learned to understand my quirks through astrology.
YES 100%. The Secret Language of Birthdays made me a believer 🤯

I always loved astrology and personality types, tropes… because it makes the world and the people in it less chaotic for me

Sagittarius Sun Gemini Moon Leo Rising here
I think my top 3 made me unknowingly a masking queen.

Yeah I know. I mean Saturn represents fear and worry and that shows capricorn which means that were not understood a lot

Omg I’m so excited to watch this!! Your channel is awesome

I'm a sagg with adhd... sometimes i ask myself how there are saggs who are not hyperactive ;) ;) ;)
I'm a score sun Leo moon, Leo rising astrology is definitely a special interest of mine and I loved how you described understanding it from a wholistic pov rather than the mainstream representations in pop culture. Rising is Uttara Phalguni Nakastra... means Leo Rising (and for me, in the Pada degree of Sagittarius Navamsa)
^^^ that's just a taste 😄 I am by no means proficient
KRSchannel is the best channel for breakdowns
Shorthand is:
Leo Rising, Pisces Sun (Purva Bhadrapada Nakastra) Scorpio Moon (Anuradha Nakshatra)
💐 It's all a special interest of mine, so I'd be interested in what you have to say

i guessed water sign 😊 i’m also a leo rising! and resonated a lot with what you’re saying ❤
I loved this!! more details on houses and aspects?!
Yes before I was diagnosed I would only see my friends as a a certain moon sign and that is scary
I'm a Gemini so I'm doubling down on the brutal honesty trait
Aquarius rising here.
Have you ever checked out True Sidereal astrology? Totally worth checking out if you are a geek like me 😁
Thank you for the videos. I really enjoy your content.
I love comparing my tropical & sidereal Its like they say the same thing but from a different lens so cool. Have u looked n2 the draconic chart @ all?
oh i am SEATED

She does have a lovely sense of style and beautiful aura ✨️

(or don't even know we don't know)
Continually developing a sound epistemological foundation is absolutely crucial if we care at all about
- knowing and being confident about true things
- letting go of false things
- and coming to terms with what we don't know.
Lack of epistemological education is at the core of
- theocratic violence, tribalism, villainizing people we don't understand (Christian nationalism, conflict in the middle east, crusades)
- the spread dangerous misinformation & pseudoscience (religious counseling instead of actual mental healthcare, Chelation therapy, use of toxic essential oils, pyramid schemes, climate change denial)
- waste time on morally reprehensible activities (denying your sexual identity, disowning your children, self flagellation)
It's not the beliefs themselves that get us here, but the fact we aren't using critical thinking and sound epistemological tenants to reach our conclusions. We can counter this by
- Identifying Cognitive Biases
- Understanding fallacious reasoning
- Reading up on the history of the topic
- Practicing S.E. (Street Epistemology)
- Developing meaningful relationships and experiences with those you disagree with
- Developing research & data skills/literacy
Here are some excellent resources we can use to help avoid these pitfalls:

P.S.
