I changed internet providers and tried reconnecting my new Wi-Fi to SOLARMAN inverter but cannot do it. My phone does not recognise the name and password of inverter.

Generally, we do not recommend using AP configuration. If the Bluetooth network configuration fails, please check the network settings according to the prompts and try again. If you need to use AP configuration, please confirm that the READY light turns off and then starts blinking again after 15 seconds. If the device does not detect a network with the AP prefix, please wait for about five minutes before trying to search again.
Data will be lost, unbinding the data stick will delete the historical data, binding again is equivalent to creating a new power station, so it is not recommended that customers unbind themselves.

When adding a logger, after entering the wifi ssid & password, it asks me to connect to a wifi named AP_ssidname in wlan settings. But no such wifi appears in the list. Also tried entering it manually but my phone can’t find it. Tried on apple & android devices. Same issue. Any solution?
AP_ is the wifi network of the inverter logger. The inverter needs to be on, and you need to be in range of the inverter, otherwise it won't appear in the wifi list.

First, 1.please confirm if the device is online. 2.Then, check if the inverter is connected to the battery. If a compatible battery is properly connected, it should be displayed.
There is no reading for Grid. It always show 0.0KWH. although I have exported some units which I can see to on my grid meter but no data shows on app. It says all units are self consumed
Dear, the grid data is there, according to the unit KWh judgement should be electricity related data, this kind of data is uploaded by the meter, so it is presumed that it may not be connected to the meter or the meter communication cable is not connected properly, you can check it, and then re-look at whether there is grid data.

Go to the plant info and select the system type as "self consumption". I guess yours is selected as "all on grid". Just make this change. Hope it helps.

If I Unbind logger from one Plant and re-bind it to other Plant, all historical statistics will be retain or lost?

Then u find real time screen with real data
Go to the plant info and select the system type as "self consumption". I guess yours is selected as "all on grid". Just make this change. Hope it helps.
