I'm kinda blown away here. I remember these guys for their one big hit Everything You Want. I only checked this album out because Neil Peart from Rush plays on a couple of songs. The whole album is good, really good.

If you read all the comments below, it seems like everyone is on the same page.... this is an incredible album! I listen to one song from it and say 'that's my favorite' and then I listen to the next one and say 'no wait that one is my favorite!'. This should have been their comeback album. It's as good, if not better than 'Everything you want'. Corporate music tried to gaslight us into thinking that progressive rock was over. That's a load of sh*&! I feel so bad for bands like Vertical Horizon who have continued to make quality music over all these years only to get shoved aside by corporations who have decided they are going to tell us what we should like and what we shouldn't like. For all of those who understand how good this music is, we need to stand together. Don't buy those products they keep pushing on the commercials. You know the ones.... the car insurance that has 5 different mascots.... the sugary fizzy drinks that say they will make your life better..... the drug company advertisements that tell you that if you use their product you'll look 20 years younger. Reject all that crap and support starving artists. They're the ones who bring true meaning to life!
