I would love to listen to more books of this author but this person doing the reading has an intonation that is really annoying to listen to so I try to find another book.
I hope you realize that these readers are volunteers, they do not get paid for bringing these stories to audible format for us to listen to for free. Maybe just move on to a different book instead of criticizing. Thank you.
While I appreciate that the reader donated her time to read this book aloud, I find her cadence very distracting and a barrier to comprehension and enjoyment of the story. I will have to look elsewhere for a different reader of this book. Thanks anyway.
