@@briggyb unfortunately it didn't work out and she was really upset. She's such a brave and lovely lady, who lost one of her best friends, Rachael Bland, to breast cancer last week. Along with Deborah James, the three of them did many BBC podcasts on cancer. She's an inspirational young woman 💪😘

Its obviously not fake. The don't organise the dates by pulling names out of a hat. The people who work for First Dates obviously look at where a person lives et cetera. Since they both live in London around the same area, they obviously looked like a good match.
Otherwise you would have people from Scotland dating people from south England, which obviously wouldn't work.
