আমি প্রথম মেধা তালিকায় কোন কলেজে চান্স পেয়েছে আমি ভর্তি হয়ে গেছে টাকা পেমেন্ট করে ফেলেছি কিন্তু আমি সেকেন্ড লিস্টে আবার অন্য একটা কলেজে চান্স পেয়েছে। তাহলে আমি সেকেন্ড কলেজ টা প্রথম লিস্ট এ চান্স কলেজে থেকেভালো । আমি দ্বিতীয় লিস্টে চান্স পাওয়া কলেজে ভর্তি হতে চাই। তাহলে আমি কি প্রথম লিস্টে ভর্তি কলেজে টাকাটা ফেরত পাব?
