A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

The exertion he puts his body through to do the things he does then the exercise routine he must endure to keep himself at a "healthy" physique is absolutely astonishing. Think of top 5 in the NBA or NHL. Those athletes put themselves through incredible stresses to achieve those goals. Beard does the same thing for his sport. Only thing is, he dont get paid what they do. He is not a whining crybaby either. With money comes entitlement. Thankfully he is still just a down to earth human being that we can enjoy watching doing amazing things. So take your verbal combative bullshit and go elsewhere. Enjoy the videos this man puts out for his fans and shut the fuck up. If you want to troll, go do it on some Miley Cyrus bullshit. Have a good day. 😊

Thank you for taking us on your foodventures! These videos lit a fire in my heart to eat again, I got a stomach cancer diagnosis and could not eat food or drink for 3 months. The Lord gave me the strength, chemo shrunk the cancer and your videos inspired me. I am now eating again (with a shrunk stomach), these reminded me how much I Loved to eat. Thanks again, I watch daily.
You now have become a role model for the next generation. Wholesome interaction with the kids made me smile real big. Love it!

That has to be in the top 5 challenges in terms of delicious looking food. Probably the one I would attempt if I had to. That crunch wrap thing looked so good before you even opened it, and then I found out it had mac n cheese and fried chicken. Sounds soooo good.
