On the May 13 incident, AAP MP Swati Maliwal says, "I had gone to the CM's residence to meet Arvind Kejriwal. The staff asked me to wait in the drawing room and I was told that CM Kejriwal was at home and he was coming to meet me. Meanwhile, his PS Bibhav Kumar came and started abusing me, he said, "Teri aaukat kya hai" and many other things. He slapped me 7-8 times… I called the police and when he realized that I had called the police, he went out and called the security… They made a 15-second doctored video viral, they tampered with the evidence."
13 मई की घटना पर आप सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल का कहना है, ''मैं अरविंद केजरीवाल से मिलने सीएम आवास गई थी. स्टाफ ने मुझे ड्राइंग रूम में इंतजार करने के लिए कहा और मुझे बताया गया कि सीएम केजरीवाल घर पर हैं और वह आ रहे हैं.'' मुझसे मिलो। इसी बीच उनके पीएस बिभव कुमार आए और मुझे गालियां देने लगे, उन्होंने कहा, "तेरी औकात क्या है" और भी बहुत कुछ। उन्होंने मुझे 7-8 थप्पड़ मारे... मैंने पुलिस को फोन किया और जब उन्हें पता चला कि मैंने फोन किया है।'' पुलिस, वह बाहर गया और सुरक्षा को बुलाया... उन्होंने 15 सेकंड का एक छेड़छाड़ किया हुआ वीडियो वायरल कर दिया, उन्होंने सबूतों के साथ छेड़छाड़ की।"
