Her control is really good. Yea her voice will change but she has enough talent to adapt. In the end, vocal control has a roof but what distinguishes singers is vision. The skill to direct sound to make it appropriate and unique to your own voice no matter the situation.

She deserved the golden buzzer. Her voice is beautiful, well controlled and her tone is exquisite for someone her age. The judges messed up big time for sure.
That's a very famous aria, actually a tenor aria, and she performed it with beautiful accuracy and feeling in her own way that made it sound as if it were written for a soprano. It makes me think she really could go on to an operatic career, if she doesn't push her voice too hard before she grows up. She's truly gifted. It's kind of shocking to hear that kind of musicianship from a 10-year-old!
Judith Walker, Julie Andrews was a child prodigy with a 5-octave vocal range and began studying classical voice at a very young age. Her voice teacher, who was also a famous opera singer in her own right, was very reluctant at first to have her sing some of the difficult operatic arias at such a young age because she could have seriously damaged her voice. They first brought her to a throat specialist at around 10 or so and was told that her throat and vocal cords were already that of a fully developed adult. Usually, people don’t start operatic training until their voices are matured, so this is very impressive. You can tell her voice isn’t fully matured, as she still has to use a mic, but that is because she is young and likely doesn’t want to damage her voice. But all that aside, brava, she sounds amazing.
