Undaunted North Africa is surging up my personal rankings. Absolutely loving it. The scale, setting, vehicles, asymmetrical decks and goals feel like a perfect match. I have Normandy and Stalingrad with Britain on the way. Looking forward to trying them all. Though my affection for the commando scale and warfare style is gonna make North Africa tough to beat for me.
I've played Normandy, although I haven't got North Africa to the table yet. I own both. Ah well, this Thanksgiving my brother, oldest son, and I plan on playing a lot of games that have just been collecting dust on the shelf!
If you only want to get one undaunted, get north africa. If you are a wargamer that wants something to play with more casual people. The asymmetry makes both sides of each scenario more fascinating. Also trains your opponent for more advanced game concepts. We have played a single scenario 4 times in one sitting in a little over an hour. I don't agree with the assessment that caution is the way to go with this game. While that is situation dependent, it behooves the aggressors to push tempo in this game. Its a small deck to manage unless you over bolster and you should be able to anticipate your next hand often enough.

I am looking for a cool not warfighter lol game thats strictly counters and man to man or small squad type battles any suggestion and not mem 44 lol . Anyways good job boys.
I was rather unimpressed by Undaunted:NA after all the hype. Seems really too simplistic (e.g. no line of sight rules), there didn't seem to be much strategy (basically just focus all attacks on the person that the other side needs to win). I might give it another go but don't really have much incentive to try.
Hmm looked good but not sure I can get on board - haha - with this idea of crewmen jumping around inside vehicles. It's silly and not how vehicles were crewed in real life.

One thing that doesn't get mentioned is the price point. You can get both of these for less than most single war games.

Genuinely either is fine. Undaunted has a but of a simpler rulebook, maybe.
