True, I second the other reply, a 10yr experience person can receive a salary of 20k or 7k. Depends upon the company. When I was working in Qatar for 17k I got a call from company saying their budget is 9k, I was shocked and told the HR to not insult me. This happens in gulf.nothing is fixed.
