    Lessons
    1) focus on improving 1% everyday
    2) play and train daily and train unrestricted
    3) find areas where you need improvement take a paper and write what needs to be. Improved and make a routine for yourself too. Improve in that thing
    4) research how to improve that area and implement with full dicipline Or you don't want to be pro
    5) make training harder or more 1% everyday example 100 juggles on day 1. Day 2 101 just 1% more or 1% harder
    6) once that area is improved go back to step 3
    7) watch professional matches
    8) learn how to deal with pressure
    9) learn how to build confidence
    10) focus on being consistent
    11) quality over quantity and intensity example focus on dribbling correctly once you have the basics increase speed power feints power
    12) recognize and repeat what led you to success ask yourself 3 questions what did you do pre
    match how was I feeling why was I motivated and repeat the answers of the questions
    13) find top 5 skills that makes you stand out and practice alll five 20 thousand times and spend your 80% time practicing those 5 skills and add pressure to your training everyday by 1%
    14) improve your recovery

    Very good video. I have coached my daughter's soccer team in the past. As coach for the whole team, I didn't have time for one-on-one with my daughter. She was a below average striker, scoring just a couple goals for the entire season. I was supposed to be coach this season at a new league, but they made a mistake and before they could fix it, she was assigned to another coach. At first, she was bummed, but her new team coach is excellent and she and I decided to do one-on-one training, something we rarely did in the past. We pretty much did exactly what you talk about in this video and we would practice a particular skill a hundred times in one-on-one, where she would likely only be able to do that skill maybe 2-3 times in a team training session. Prior to her first game, we practiced her receiving a long, difficult pass, controlling it, dribbling through a defender and scoring. We did that 100 times the day before the first game. During the game, one of her midfielders kicked a long pass that went through a teamates legs. She controlled it, dribbled through two defenders, and scored the first goal of the season. The coach said to me that was an amazing, difficult maneuver. I told him that it really wasn't as she did it 100 times the day before. She has gone on to be the leading scorer on the team and has only one game without scoring, a game that ended 0-0.

    The one thing I would add to this is to differentiate between team training and one-on-one training. 1-1 training allows you to do one skill a hundred times, something you can't do in a team training session. If you don't have someone to 1-1 with, try to find someone, but if not, then improvise. Use a net rebounder to simulate passing and receiving passes. Use poles to simulate defenders. Use walls. The key is to do a single skill a hundred times and you will literally improve in 30 minutes what might take all season with just team training.

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! Individual training is very important for those reasons but I was just focusing about the quantity of training in general for this video. I would highly recommend doing individual training every day but sometimes it isn’t the best decision. For example the day of a game, the day after a tough game, or if you have school practice and club practice that evening too. It’s hard to quantify the specifics or individual and team training without knowing their club and school ball schedule. If you already have two practices a day, adding individual training on those days is a lot for some kids.
      I agree with you though on the importance of individual training! I’m just explaining why I didn’t differentiate between them for this. It’s more a piece of general advice that’s easy to follow, if that makes sense. Thank you for your comments! They are fantastic and have great information and advice in them!! 😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

    Very good video, but I have spotted a problem. Training 6 times a week, what if you are going to school and then you come back from school and have homework? Suddenly you must help your parents or cook dinner, then all your training time has gone! So I would appreciate it very much if you could make a video about how to train when you have school and all these problems/things I have already written? Keep up the good work!

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you!! It can be very difficult to train 6 days a week, especially when you’re in school and helping around the house.. but my question is what are your goals in football? Because if it’s to play pro, you must get this much training in, bare minimum.
      I understand you also must go to school and you must help around the house. So now your task is creating a schedule or plan that allows all three to happen. For example, school is from 7:30-3pm, and then you have to help your parents from like 5pm to the rest of the night. Options you have would be to train before school in the morning or right after.
      Obviously that’s just an example, but my best advice is to go before school. Especially because you don’t know what you’ll need to help out with around the house after school. This way you get all three in and you aren’t stressed about having time to train before cooking dinner.
      I hope this helps😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

    Love your videos! I have a Question:
    I find myself good at dribbling and can get out of tight spaces. But I just can't find a good pass after that, any reasons why?

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you!! It could be several reasons, and I cannot know for sure without watching you play but here's my best advice.
      Before you receive the ball, you should know what your plan is with it. Here's why. If you're playing at a high level, passing lanes get cut off very quickly. A lot of times these passing lanes are available for a 1-touch pass or a quick 2-touch pass. But if you receive the ball, dribble, and then pick up your head to pass, the pass is no longer on. This happens all the time with skilled dribblers. You enjoy dribbling because it's fun and you're very good at it, but you need to understand it isn't always necessary. And sometimes it is really detrimental because passing is quicker. Right? You can't dribble 20 yards faster than you can pass it. That extra time it takes to dribble gives the defense more time to shift and get organized.
      Like I said I haven't seen you play so I can't know for certain, but my guess is that it is your instinct as a player to dribble when you receive it rather than pass. You should dribble when you're going 1v1, in lots of space, or have no options available. Otherwise, look to pass when you receive it, and you'll find it much easier to keep possession of the ball! I hope this helps! Fantastic question!! 😁🫶🏻🫶🏻

      Here’s my best advice, get your individual training, strength training, fitness, etc. done first thing in the morning. Then focus on your academics the rest of the day besides whatever team training you have in the afternoon or evenings.
      My best tip is to remove distractions. Move your phone out of the room or out of reach when you work on assignments. Every time you take a break and pick up your phone, you run the risk of getting stuck on your phone. But even if you put it down right away, you now have to re-focus and get locked in again on your studies. So you’re ruining your productivity. I hope these couple of tips help you out🙌🏼🙌🏼

      I used to feel pressured and have low confidence as well but what I’ve done to improve this past year was not only getting closer to my teammates but accepting that nobody will remember my performance after a couple days especially low division football. So whenever I make a bad decision I don’t get as embarrassed or upset like I used to but instead work on it and improve. You shouldn’t prioritize your seasons contributions but instead focus first on simple ways to help your team like improving passing/crossing, communication, and defending to create a chance it’s just the simple things you don’t have to learn a crazy move to improve but learn the best way to help your team win.

      I understand what you’re going through. My best advice is to work really really hard at it and when you’re playing just try to relax and enjoy it. You’re very young. You’re adding a lot of pressure on yourself and it’s destroying your confidence. Continue down this path and you may end up losing your love for the game. For now, just focus on doing whatever you can to help your team win. Train and play hard, but enjoy it. The more you enjoy it, the more you’ll want to train and get better and better at it. I actually am working on a video on confidence that’ll be coming soon that’ll have even more advice to help you out. But it sounds like to me, you need to take the pressure off yourself and allow yourself to play freely. You’ll see an improvement in your performance as a result! I hope this helps🙌🏼

      @KreiderAcademy  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Like the reply said, you need to have a meeting with your coach and try to improve in the areas they think you need improvement.
      This exact thing happened to me when I was 16.. I was fresh off the back of a national championship with my club team and I was captain, played 90 every game. The coach left and I got stripped of captaincy and played 15 minutes max each game. I had all the meetings and conversations with the coach too…
      What I had to do was leave the club.. And that may be something you have to do too.. But have the meetings, explain your frustrations and ask about what you can do to be a consistent starter for the team. And if you can’t turn it around in the next year or so, you may want to consider moving on. Good luck🙌🏼🙌🏼

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Playing as a CDM it’s very hard to have 10/10 performances. Your work goes more unnoticed than it would in other positions. A 10/10 game for you would look involve you dominating the midfield and winning the ball back for your team constantly. On the ball you need to help break down lines and control the tempo of the game. Then if you can get some good shots off to score from range or get an assist you have a 10/10 game. If you want examples of CDM players that get 10/10 performances often then watch players like Rodri and Declan Rice. They are phenomenal. Unfortunately Rodri is injured but you can go watch old games! You’ll see them do what I described in this comment in most games😁👍🏼

      If you’re training alone I highly recommend not working on those areas, even if they are weaknesses of your game. It is very difficult and ineffective to work on those skills on your own… Your time is better used working on offensive technical skills.
      Now if this is a problem area for you, try to train as much as possible with a partner or a small group because then you CAN effectively improve in these areas. My advice is to focus on your defending when at team training, and continue to focus on your technical ability when you can only train by yourself. I know this isn’t what you wanted to hear but it’s the reality of the situation and I hope it helps!😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

      @@KreiderAcademyHello,I'd like to address my weaknesses as well;
      The things that I lack in are my strength,I've recently lost my sturdiness (as in dribbling/sprinting),and have developed cramps for school matches. How do I restore myself as a player?

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JujusFailure If strength is an issue, you need to do resistance training of some kind. Obviously going to a gym is best case scenario but if you don’t have that, you can do things like put heavy books in a bag and use that as a weight. You should also work on your core. This will help you be a stronger player, and fix your sturdiness issue you have when dribbling or sprinting.
      Cramps could be due to a few things. One of these is that you aren’t fit enough. Another thing could be a lack of hydration, or you’re not consuming enough salt. Only you will know what the cause of the problem is since I don’t know you as a player. But if you’re fit and drink lots of water, then low salt consumption is the problem! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼

    Hey dude can you make a video on how to train at home and adapt with bad field? Like fields in my country are so bad you just can't train. But even Maradona had trained on bad fields so why not me? Please make a training video for home and adapt in bad field

      I probably can’t make a video on that for a while since I have several other videos already in production.. but here’s my best advice. Like you said, many of the best players ever trained on bad fields or environments. What got them to the top is their love of the game. No matter your circumstances you can achieve whatever your goals are.
      As for technical advice, allow more space in between cones or drills for inconsistencies in the field so that way you can get the ball back under control and continue to dribble. As opposed to viewing your situation as a negative thing, view it as a challenge. The bad field makes it more challenging to do even simple drills. So now you have a built in way to challenge yourself! It’ll help you grow, and become a better player who is more able to adapt to fields even they aren’t the best! Just let your love and passion for the game come out and push you!! Good luck and I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
