It was an experience that I never want to miss the way, and I'll always think so, and perhaps even enjoy it, because WE did it anyway. and the youngsters of that now can not ignore their beautiful almost luxury cars with all amenities.

Respect voor deze collega's...zij waren de pioniers in die tijd dat er nog helemaal niets of weinig was geregeld qua vergunningen en/of Europese afspraken, Servicediensten, Hulplijnen e.d...hun kennis is waar wij nog steeds profijt van hebben!!...

I am 85 years old and live in Canada en heb nicks anders gedaan I started in the netherlands as a by rider voor Jan schalk uit Niew Vennep and Continuit in Canada and there is nothing better. I retired at 65, and still miss it

In these days, to be a continental trucker,one need to be a real MAN,these trips that is a history in its self,perseverance/struggle around every corner, my uncle was one to go to Iran for 10 years after that he retired.- he had to.You really become to love Your companions and Your truck, and hate the weather and the road.Tuffer than Steel.
