You're not supposed to bathe your bunnies fully, let alone put them in a pool. Their coats are incredibly hard to dry, causing them to develop hypothermia fairly quickly. Their coats also have essential oils that are washed away when fully submerged. Plus, when they clean themselves, they will now be ingesting harmful chlorine. Rabbits = no pool.

What the heck? Do you follow rabbits around in their natural habitat? I have witnessed feral & wild rabbits wade into and swim through creeks to cook off in the summer.
Never put your bunnies in water unless it’s to bathe them if absolutely necessary at the instruction of a vet. Bunnies have a hard time drying when put in water which can lead to hypothermia or other problems because it can make them very cold, and the blow dryer to help them dry can actually burn their sensitive skin. If it gets in their very sensitive ears it can give them an infection. And they also for the most part don’t like water, even if they do they shouldn’t be in there due to the risks. But for those who don’t like water especially it can cause them stress and shock which can actually kill them by giving them a heart attack. Or they may also freak out because they know they aren’t supposed to be in water and try to get away, and in the process hurt themselves by say breaking their back by trying to kick out with their powerful back legs for an example. So in other words, even if your bunny strangely likes water, it is harmful to their health and potentially their life for you to put them in there, and can even kill them. You only ever put a rabbit in water if they absolutely need to be bathed because they can’t clean themselves for some reason, even then you avoid the face and ears and only clean what needs to be cleaned at the instruction of a vet, and make sure they are dried right away and given lost of love and attention after, and you also bathe them in shallow water. And in this video we can see the rabbits likely don’t like the water considering that they all try and escape as soon as they are put in. And then of course they all try and flick off the water with their back feet after because they need to dry off but it doesn’t work because they don’t easily dry which is what can lead to life threatening problem. They are also English lops, so the one part that should be avoided entirely even during a bath if need being their ears, are basically completely in the water. You as a bunny owner should know better than to put them in water, even if they like it. Because it can hurt their health or even kill them. But yet you still do it anyway, for your damn TH-cam video. The poor rabbits.
Water is good for all .. Who ever says bunnies could die if they dip in a little bit of water you are wrong . Their fur makes them feel hot in the summer so therefore a little splash won't hurt .

My rabbit got put in the pool by my baby cousin she is dry now but im worried because his behaviour on the couch changed and when he was thrown into the pool he go really wet what should i do?
Keep him dry and warm and as comfortable/unstartled as possible; rabbits' fur has layers and he may still be damp underneath. Call your local rabbit rescue and see if one of their specialists can see him or if they can help refer him for a vet visit, if you do not have a vet. Rabbits' health can escalate extremely quickly, so it is always best when they are not acting like themselves, especially when you know they have had a scare, to get them checked on.
Ok, if the rabbit go in the water by it self it is fine, but if you get them in the water each time and they just get out immediatly, this is wrong. Stop doing that
these don't seem like happy swimmers. they get out pretty quick and could send them into shock cuz they r cold and wet. also chlorine in pools cant possibly be good for them. Don't get your bunnies wet except for butt bathes or other necessary cleaning that the rabbit is not able to clean themselves.

NOOO HOW COULD SOMEONE DO THAT
This entire video was terrible. All I saw was tortured rabbits fleeing to safety. You people who filmed this are awful people. What is wrong with you? Why are you like this?
@@Erika-pc6vx no! You can tell that the rabbits are stressed and tried to get out of the pool but it's too slippery they forced them into the pool by putting them in there in the rabbits immediately try to get out
You have no clue what and why. Rabbits, not bunnies, rabbits are excellent swimmers, they do so too cool down therefore they do not need to spend more than a few seconds in the water. Stop jumping to conclusions when you clearly have no knowledge about this subject
@@user-ie6jr4bg1w are you italian?
@@Erika-pc6vx Nope. Each video segment starts with the bunny trying to swim to the edge and trying to find a way out.
And the ones that do get out start flicking their back legs as they hop. That's universal in bunny body language for "fuck you" / i.e. they just hate what you have done.
I own two myself and have learned their body language.
@@user-ie6jr4bg1w stop repeating yourself sir.
Some rabbits love to swim some not
Mine do
Idiots, that can kill them 😑
What the heck? Do you follow rabbits around in their natural habitat? I have witnessed feral & wild rabbits wade into and swim through creeks to cook off in the summer.
@@emilyrife2389 thats because they CHOSE to be in the water. these rabbits were probably forced to be in there by their owner. so evil.
The poor rabbits.
hu care blyat. this vid purpouz to intertain me. me enjoyed. yes.
Swimming Bunny, on it's way to attack President Jimmy Carter
Water is good for all .. Who ever says bunnies could die if they dip in a little bit of water you are wrong .
Their fur makes them feel hot in the summer so therefore a little splash won't hurt .
Now a massive pool .. That is concerning
🐰bunnies and rabbits 🐇 are the same thing tbh
I was wondering if all animals know how to swim - like human beings we born in the water and can swim as a baby then we just forget it
All bunnies deserve owners, but not all owners deserve a bunny.
This is animal abuse...
I bet bunnies are having good 👍 fun 🤩 swimming 🏊♂️ in the water 💧. The rabbits 🐇🐇🐇 are wet. They are happy 😃 doing the swim 🏊.
No they're miserable lmao
This makes me sad 😢 They don’t like it. They obviously aren’t shown running to get in the water because they only want to get out.
You are cruel for putting them in water
Bunnies are not to go swimming. They do it only in act of danger. Swimming can give them hypothermia or put them in a state of shock.
Guys Bunnies hate swimming or be wet,you should not do it and they clean themself and if you bunny is dirty too much or doesn't clean itself only do spot cleaning, otherwise they will die from cold cause Bunnies skins took many hours to dry and they also hate to be in the sun
Except for one bun who kept swimming when she could have gotten out, these are NOT happy buns! You can tell how panicked some look.
Omg nooooo never do this!
I just googled "can bunnies swim" and it led me to this video
You're crazy ngl
You should have a dog pool board. So they can get out of the pool easy.
No, they shouldn’t be in submerged water WHATSOEVER
@@Wompwompandmoveon ikr!!!! It’s like people don’t know a thing about rabbit care!
The tail was longer than I would expect for a rabbit
There noses where going under the water they where obviously struggling i hate this video it makes me really sad I feel sorry for those bunny's :(
Lovely! We have two snow white rabbits, they are able to maintain their whiteness just by cleaning themselves. I heard that we shouldn't bath rabbit as they don't like it and bathing may harm them.
dont bath a bunny ever
Please please please please please please please please please please to the owner of this you tube channel please do not put your rabbit in a pool if you just google it you will see that you are not meant to give a rabbit a barth or a shower they are naturally self clean them them self's and yes rabbits can swim but only out of survival and wen a rabbit Is fully submerged under water it can lead them to go into shock or hypothermia and this is also is animal and rabbit abuse and maby consider taking the video down please please please 🙏 reply back to me to show me that at least you see this and understand hope your rabbit is ok kind regards Anthony pig❤️❤️❤️
And PS the rabbit looks so relaxed is because it's terrified
Bunny likes swimming♥️
no they dont
No . They can have several damage to their spine, get hypothermia, and stress out . What I see here is only the fear in their eyes, and they deserve better owners . Sometimes pp take them because they think they are toys. Get enough info before buy them. This is cruelty!!
😟 Bunnies are not supposed to be put into water
This freak is ready to sacrifice his bunnies for just 67k view.
So curious, how long are these bunnies living? A bunny should live 12 years. How long did these bunnies live.?
how do you even own a rabbit and you don't know that they can die when they are in a water
NO NO NO BUNNIES DO NOT SWIM THEY HATE WATER AND COULD DIE BECAUSE OF HEART ATTACKS DUE TO THAT 😱💔
These poor buns are being tortured.
The english lop bunny Thats white and black was having a good time some rest or them might weren’t
You have probably seen somewhere that rabbits are able to swim and they can but that doesn’t mean they should putting your rabbit in water could be deadly especially pools with chlorine and as u can see when the rabbits got in they never wanted to go back u put them in there
Poor bunnies. They really hate to be in the water. People shouldn’t doing this!!
I remembered there’s a wild rabbit or hare, I don’t know, swims in the lake
You can clearly tell that these rabbits *DO NOT* enjoy swimming. House rabbits like these rarely touch water and generally hate it.
You’re standing there filming them struggle to swim *OUT* of the water they clearly don’t want to be in just for clout on TH-cam. Well mission accomplished.
This is one of the most irresponsible acts i’ve ever seen from a rabbit owner and if it’s on purpose (with knowledge of how dangerous putting house rabbits in the water can be) then I can only describe this as soulless.
THANK YOU I LEARNED A LOT I DID NOT KNOW THAT RABBITS DO NOT LIKE WATER . WHY IS THE OWNER PUTTING THEM IN THE POOL ? THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE BUNNIES .
@@bohemianstarsoceanheartreading thank you
theyre fur can get cold after exiting the water and they can have serious problems.don't do this, please
Just asking for an ear infection
Is there chlorine in this pool? They all seem so stressed
BUNNIES HATE WATER. they'll die!!! Only give them a dry bath.
There ARE wild rabbits in places like Louisiana that swim. So this isn't too far off.
These are domestic rabbits, completely different.
These domesticated rabbits are not related to marsh rabbits and swamp rabbits, they cannot swim. Please do some research.
Ok, if the rabbit go in the water by it self it is fine, but if you get them in the water each time and they just get out immediatly, this is wrong. Stop doing that
why did this person remove the video
these don't seem like happy swimmers. they get out pretty quick and could send them into shock cuz they r cold and wet. also chlorine in pools cant possibly be good for them. There is a type of rabbit called a swamp rabbit that is fine with swimming but that's a wild rabbit not domesticate. Don't get your bunnies wet except for butt bathes or other necessary cleaning that the rabbit is not able to clean themselves.
