I rented a 14 triumph street triple r last year, it had a sc project exhaust on it without the baffle and I was ripping up and down the street in an industrial park we’re my dad has his shop, and a couple of our neighbors came over and said they thought someone had a F1 car😂. Absolutely amazing sounding engine.
My childhood city Cape Town! Watch out for those Baboons, at least they can hear you coming! These bikes sound amazing. Reminds me a little of the CBX with half the cylinders but a higher redline to compensate.
Thanks! I shoot at 2.7k 30fps (cinematic, 60fps for super smooth look) Make sure your bit rate is very high before uploading to TH-cam, AT LEAST 50mbs or more. Will create a massive file but the quality on TH-cam will look more better and closer to the raw footage from the camera. Even for 1080 footage set the bit rate to 30mbs or more and it will look good. Thanks!
@@louiscarmelotan I did a sort of similar video a few videos back but was more about line choice on a mountain pass than the throttle and brake application. It's called "How to ride a mountain pass" on my channel if you'd like to take a look. Cheers!
Kind of depends what kind of riding you do. The 675SE is very much a pure Daytona and track weapon, razor handling and sweet, powerful motor with sharp brakes and good suspension. the 660 "Daytona" is more of a Trident with some different fairings on it. Not nearly as sport or as fast as the real Daytona. The 660, as far as I know, has around 85hp and the Daytona is around 128hp. You might be able to find a later model Daytona R with the Ohlins, 2013-2016 or so for not much more than the SE. But if you are able to spend $11k then maybe look at a Street Triple R or RS as well.
great to see you wearing riding gear, alot of the youth and riders have been influenced by these american tiktokers and youtubers like imkay who wear ripped jeans and tank tops while riding serious superbikes saying gear is "claustrophobic" whcih makes no sense
I'm convinced the 675 triple is one of the best sounding engines ever made, up there with the aprilia rsv4 and yamaha R1. Great riding as always mate🤘
As the owner of a 2015 Street Triple 675Rx and a 2013 Tuono V4R I have to agree
@@brunocarmona4958 you have good taste, very good taste in bikes

I doubt you would have such a smooth trip on this road now 😂 Hope they fix this road soon.
@@NightWollff1 ya very sad. One of the best roads ever and now it's destroyed. Going to take years to fix.
I'd love to find a rider POV video with a shift/throttle/brake overlay to get an idea of how to run nice lines on twisties like these...

what exhaust are you running?\
Yoshimura Alpha T, decat as well.
I am torn between a 2010 Daytona 675 SE with 15k miles for 7,5k USD, and a Brandnew Daytona 660 for 11k.
