Should I quit my job because the work is repetitive? I have to wait 2 years for a promotion and there is no way I will be getting new work or additional responsibilities.
Hey Emily, I work at the bank as a banker. But ever since I started in Jan 2024 I never became a banker because they have one who has been for 16 years. I am there back up banker that how I see it. I brought up to the HR and they said no you are a banker and make sure you have communication with your boss about it. Which I already done and nothing. Been applying and declined since no experience. I have an associate degree in business management but no one wants me due to experience. It’s burning me out and am running out of ideals what to do or where to work. Could I get some advice?
