This particular Futuro House was located at the Willingboro Village Mall shopping center before being moved to Mill Creek Park in 1975, where it was once utilized as a park office.
Apparently it was also supposed to be a bank when it landed at the Village Mall - also not sure if it was ever used for that purpose- I think that didn’t work out either unfortunately and that’s how Willingboro finales got it donated to them.
@@explore.evermoreI can't say for certain whether or not the house played a roll as a bank, but I am familiar sure it did indeed serve as an office for the nearby park. I believe that explains the office furniture still located within the structure. As a side note, I was fortunate enough a few years ago, to see and get photos of the Futuro House that was once located along the Cohansey River in Greenwich. I believe it was recently removed.
WOW! Looks better inside than I expected 😮. Is that in a residential area? Looks like it's by such and a parking lot.
It is at a park, Mill Creek, and yes the parking lot is right there.
@@explore.evermore Happy Easter Paulina 🤗💗👍🏾😉

Yes 👍. Was it actually used as a park office? I thought that was the plan, not sure if they actually did that or they scrapped that?

It need to be saved period. Who owns it? The city?
From what I understand the township.
@explore.evermore then it will most likely be destroyed knowing how government tends to miss manage things. Pretty sad
