I'll be waiting for the opposite of this (good movies with bad steelbooks) or the same list with Slipcovers.
I first saw Cutthroat Island on home video nearly 30 years ago, and I absolutely loved it! But I only saw it once. And now I'm wondering what the hell did I see? Because everybody has been dogging it! 😅🤣😂

Wicker man and lair of the white worm are classics. They’re sophisticated horror for fans who don’t want to constantly see gore or slasher clichés
Well you can have your sophisticated horror and my intellectually challenged self will stick to slashers.
Hi Sue, always enjoy watching your content. I think that specifically two of the movies you listed fall into a genre of you had to see it when it came out... lair of the white worm and the wicker man. Most definitely NOT horrible movies. They appeal to a different aesthetic. Lair is a must watch every year, and every year Amanda Donohue's performance gets better. Keep on putting out great content
Possibly, but personally they fall into that category. Like I said in the video, I understand why people love them.

The Steelbook for Shazam 2 was so gorgeous. I didn't buy it, though, because I really hated the movie.
I own only a handful of steelbooks but all the movies are awesome! Anyway good collection and cool video Sue!👉🏼🙂👈

The expandable, cutthroat island and the lair of the white worm I have them on iTunes. I have all the jaws movie on dvd. Everything else I haven’t seen or may not want to.
Is kinda sad that.. I am a big fan of the WonderWoman character but I avoided getting WW84 in my collection 😅 I am fine with having just the first movie (who I bought it 3 times.. as a DVD / BluRay and 4K ..all with 3 different covers) 😁 I may be a WW fan but I don't bring bad / meh stuff with WW in my collection 😞 (rather save some space).
I just randomly laughed when you brought up Rob Zombie's 31, and said his wife is in every one, I was thinking the same thing, lol. Nice steelbook, but I had the opposite feeling on the Punishers, I liked the Warzone better because it was much more truthful to the comics. But I get what you're saying, easy to go either way.
I refuse to buy movies that I don’t like I don’t care how nice the packaging is. It makes no sense to spend $30 or more on my movie simply for the packaging. But if someone sends the movie to you that’s awesome. I’d sell them and make money of it. It’s just a waste of money for me to buy crappy just because they nice packages.
Everyone collects differently.
So many of us had high hopes for Wonder Woman part 2 because the first movie was appreciated by a lot of people.. then as you said Patty wanted fuII control and we got a sh!tty WW movie 😅😭 who also as you said.. ruined the chance for a Wonder Woman (part) 3 movie too.
We may still get another actress to play WW in the future ..but it will take some time (and the DCU needs to start well. If the DCU of James Gunn will start well or great ..they will consider bringing Wonder Woman too in some future).

Premise is a bit silly after the events of The Devil's Rejects, but if you like it and House of 1,000 Corpses then it's fine.

Great again Sue. Sorry i am one of the people who cant accept the wicker man is not one of the best and clever horror films made. By the way Halloween is in my top 5 to show you the range of horror films i like. Did you get that the policeman was a virgin as he was waiting to get married so he was the the virgin that needed to be sacrificed for the crops to grow. All a trick to get him to go to the island. A lot of films with animal masks copied from this film. Anyway enjoy watching your reviews.

I actually kinda like Lair of the White Worm.
Ended up getting three times... first dvd, then upgrade to bluray & then purchased the steelbook online. (We don't have a Wallmart or Target here in the UK).
I have never watched an Expendables film, because I detest ol' rubber-face Stallone! So less of him in it would be a good thing in my case! 👍
WW84 was indeed horrible 💩
Such a shame as Gal Gadot was perfect in the role. The only scene I actually liked was her flying the end of the film, I think.
Haven't seen Jaws Revenge but i did originally see Jaws 3D in the cinema back in the day... that was with those old cardboard red/green or red/blue glasses.

So, if you want them, I have to 2 Steel Books I don't collect steel books so there yours's I never watch the movies because I have them on blue-ray the first steel book is some kind of wonderful and the second steel book is the movie RAD

Punisher Warzone is a “chick’s don’t get it kick ass” kind of movie.
No it's a horrible film.
The first expendables was good. 2nd was a bit boring.

The Wicker Man is a overated and more modern films like Midsommar have done what it did better, but I wouldn't call it horrible.

I appreciate your honesty and opinions. I would like to say..I live in Notth Alabama, and we have some really shitty Walmart s here., I thought”Lair of the white worm” was cool AF. Did anyone notice the woman who was the snake lady had hairy armpits in a couple of scenes? It’s cool and I’m definitely not body shaming her, but it was also one Hugh Grants first movies. Anyway… take care!
