Eloy would be the right choice for anybody. The man is superhuman.
Great explanation on the latency accumulation. It can be a thing so planning ahead for such things is warranted. My slow brain is happy with my 10ms for my home setup. But if I added in wireless it would probably be an issue for me. So his context makes sense as a goal to improve my DAW setup at some point.
Really love watching the stage setups and sound checks. So fun . Alot of work but so worth it.

I agree with Nuno, human ears have much finer scaling and can process a much wider frequency range than our eyes can do do with visible light, so generating the sound of a band playing real instruments, each member with his distinct style and so on, is gonna be hard.

2 questions: Has your back injury and surgery recovery altered the height you like the guitar at while playing standing up?
I see you use different straps on different guitars sometimes. Is there a reason?
I prefer to have 1 consistent strap and I swap it between my rotation of guitars. (I do use the same strap lock system on each guitar, for uniformity)

I play nylon acoustics. I’d say once you get used to them, they’re actually easier than steel string to be articulate. The strings are more spaced so you’re less likely to hit a wrong string

Michael Hedges was doing that Marcin type playing decades ago. I find this style more flash over substance. IMO

AI: I'm writing songs using Odio. It's good at genres. Genres are formulas. Start with a bunch of AI versions of your original songs, and you know what direction to not _finish_ with. Genres all start with an original source song by a very original artist. And then other musicians take that song and make it their entire thing. Accept's 1982 "Fast as a Shark" comes to mind as say the spring that fed the river of Thrash. That has been argued to death but someone was the first if not them.
We can't beat AI. No one powerful enough to stop it is on the side of working artists, writers and musicians. The best I think we'll be able to do is use AI to beat AI.
I LOVE the behind the scenes footage from Sweden Rock, and as it turns out, looks like Marco and I have similar taste in guitar colors. Unless I misread is reaction to pink 🤣.

I like AI in music sometimes. Ive heard so many AI DIO covers of Black Sabbath and Rainbow songs that he didnt perform and its awesome. I like to imagine im in some alternative universe where DIO never left Black Sabbath or Rainbow.
Hola Ola! I know basses aren't the bread and butter of Solar Guitars but have you thought about putting out different body shapes or some of your most popular guitar finishes? A Vinter bass would be pretty great!

Chug 3 sounds great! Glad your back is doing well! Once healed fully, get yourself a trainer to work on your posterior chain. Kettlebell training has improved my sciatica greatly.

Wayy more than just a delay is going on when you move away from your amp. All the arrival times from every reflection point change as well. Your brain knows the difference between a digital delay instantiated prior to the sound source and the sound source moving further away. That’s why you can stand 10ft from an amp with no problem whatsoever, but playing through an amp sim with 10ms RTL is like playing through molasses.
All I care about is that Green X type with evertune. When will that be released??

Holy shit Sweden Rock has expanded. Last I was there there was only three stages (four if you count the entrance stage where the jokes played)and all of it was to the left of the offshoot from the main road. Can you even get to the camping anymore?? (The year round one, not the festival camping)
