I have a newer model surron. Thanks for bringing up the point about smoothness. Yeah I don't think I'm gonna need this until I buy a battery alongside it.
Well…. I bought the x9😅 I watched this video like a month ago…. Said I won’t buy it until I have 3.5k to by the battery too buuuuut…. So now saving for the battery 🤣 girl is pissed @3:10 is pissed 🤣🤣 but once the build is finish I’m sure it’ll be worth it! & I vow to myself not to get into a new hobby🤣🤣! Hopefully I find your install video, solid!
@@deewildtv2367 hahaha it’ll be worth it bro don’t worry 😂😂 and I don’t have one yet but ima try and start making more videos and tutorials here soon lol life got mega busy 😂 keep me posted on how it goes bro!
im running 72v with emotobros bac4k stock motor and its been fine but I want more power, not sure how much more power I would actually feel as well as speed to justify buying a new controller
Yea man honestly I think the ultra is the way to go cause you can make the lightbee fast but if you ride in sand it overheats so fast. If you stay on dirt and what not you should be good though.
I want to upgrade my battery and controller but my wife’s already pissed I bought my talaria 😂 I showed her the total and she said I should have gotten a varg 🤣
@@sargeatlarge24v bro this is too real 😂😂😂 her and my wife can join forces against ebike purchases but while they team up you and I can go buy some starts hahaha
I sold the grom for one. I’m all good😂. About to sell the drz400 though so I’ll have enough for a new battery and controller without rocking the bank account.
@Corey_Vlogs if you do bms bypass on stock battery you get more. I think its like 4500w stock, 5500w with controller and 7500 oslt with bypass, but the bike is a slight fire hazard then and it wont cut off when voltage drops to much so battery takes damage

Glad I could help homie. Let me know when you end up upgrading that battery it's a TON of fun once you do it.
I have the same purple Surron with the black X7 controller. Stock battery and motor for now.

if i have a stock battery and i only have the controller does it give more torque?
It doesn’t really add anything truthfully maybe a little bit of power but it just feels WAYYY more refined.
