I did the factory reset. They still asking for lock screen pin/password. And I don't have it. The person who own the phone died. So can't access it by email also. What should I do. Can't bypass the pin. No matter how much time I factery reset wiping it. Don't work.

When I do this it just keep cycling the android one logo. The only way for that to end is by taking my finger off power then it just starts up normally.
