Yes, this is my city and i treasure it. Its not Melbourne, its not the gold coast (thankfully!!) - its Sydney!. We are not arrogant about it... we are PROUD of it! Why shouldn't we be when you see this? We have better beaches than Melbourne and we have beaches without skyscrapers looking down on you like our Southerner-hating northern neighbours do. Still, Australia has some of the best cities and skylines anywhere - although some you cant tell from any others around the world. Sydney's skyline is unmistakable. You cant beat that :)

@@rml4289 yes it can be expensive but most of the things that make Sydney great are free or inexpensive e.g. beaches, harbour, ferry rides, botanical gardens and parks, walking around the city, shopping without buying. If you do some planning it need not be too expensive. You just need to do research on cheap places to eat and stay. Don’t eat in tourist areas is an obvious one. Downtown Sydney and its sights are all walkable or cheap public transport is easy to use.
I was five times in Sydney but I really want to go back to the most beautiful city in the world (for me)

I live here. Great footage but you missed so many things including the miles of beautiful beaches we have, parklands and national parks that surround Sydney. There’s more here than just the harbour, the bridge and the Opera House.

A lot of Australians will tell you how much they hate Sydney. Usually the ones that have never been there but even some that have. Obviously those persons have kept their eyes shut during their visit. As Sydney cbd and harbour are truly spectacular and beautiful.
