Riding On the Edge | Mountain Biking Pacifica's Two Pines Trail

Back at it Mountain Biking in Pacifica, California. I've only ridden these trails once before, and man are these trails steep, and seriously exposed. I wanted to film with a drone here to help show how exposed things get. Would love to hear what you think about the drone footage. Sweet footage. I prefer the old colma road route down, it’s a little more flowy at the top than two pines but they end up joining up towards the bottom. Your fly amanita footage from one of your previous visits is also great stuff. Pacifica is my home turf and old colma road is probably my favorite trail in the entire Bay Area. Hard to keep your eyes on the trail with all that view in front of your face. Keep the local shit coming man, hope our trails cross someday, would love to ride with ya

Awesome riding! I've ridden Two Pines and damn those switchbacks are tight! You should ride 911, it runs parallel to Crack and is the hardest trail on the mountain. In some spots (the first 2 rock sections in particular) it is much more exposed than Two Pines and is super duper technical.

Awesome drone footage! Im looking forward to mastering this trail in 2024. The rider you’re filming has a great technique for getting his rear wheel around those switchbacks! Might give that a try myself. You guys riding 160mm forks?
